      Worst customer service and most expensive plans. I was with Rogers for over 25 years and they did nothing to keep me from going to a cheaper provider. **** ******

      I contacted Rogers Wireless in March 2023 to temporarily suspense my service for a few months, & when I came back to services, they charged me $7 for the restore service fee which no one mention about the charged when I called. I contacted them but they said they could not waive that amount because it's their policy. They had to tell me all the charges that I will have to pay before I used the services so I will be aware of them & knew what I want to do. This is an unexpected charge & frustrating.
      Solution request: refund $7 & notify me of all the charges when I request any new services.

      Rogers is the ***** I sent their modem back via *** and they're emailing me telling me they haven't received their modem. My bill is all over the place constantly changing ***** service provider I have ever dealt with

      I canceled my service back in January 2023 and Roger's was to send me a return packing slip for there equipment which I packed up right away and never received one. With cancelation it canceled my email address so I was sure to give them an updated address so label could be sent which was repeated back to me many times and of course no label I contacted them again and again no slip. I put package aside and forgot about it until I got the hang up calls on my phone then finally a message I was being sent to collections. Funny the last invoice arrived when I was told it would paid it off but now I have service charges??? its funny how they don't even attempt to reach out before they start threatening collections. I again made sure they had information to contact me on file 3 rd attempt now they have my email updated. Tired of dealing with companies that ****** *** threaten you but make NO attempt to contact you before it gets to this.

      Internet is down for more than 2 hours in my area even others reported on ***************. No info from Roger social media at all. Got out on the chat queue and reset three times which wasted me 3 hours. Should have put a huge penalty for Rogers for ever downage they have for more than 15 mins or need user to wait in line for more than 5 mins to talk to a person consider they are the only one in my area providing the service.

      A salesperson came to my door to sell me their new Ignite. I have had **** **** for 8 years which has been amazing but Rogers promised me huge savings for unlimited time so I thought if I could save over $100 per month forever and I would be willing to switch to save money. Got the equipment and the contracts which were contradictory to what the salesperson told me. ********* * ***** ***** The deal was for 1 year and the cell phone deal was for 3 months. Was told by the salesperson that they were now using the **** **** line and that you could pause and rewind live TV the technology that Bell has had for 8 years. When I saw the equipment it was the old-fashioned thick wire and not the **** **** line * ***** *** ******* **** ****** ******* *** ***** ** **** ***** ********* ******* ********** *** *********** I have called at least 6 times to rectify and get it cancelled and today I received a second bill on a cancelled account!

      ** * ***** * ***** **** * ****** We switched over to Rogers in the summer of 2020 and our cable line is still not buried. Every year we contact Rogers to inquire about a burial, and every year we get the same response that it is in progress. After THREE years we are still waiting, and the cable line is still just hanging over our driveway, through a tree, exposed to the elements. Every year the line gets lower and lower, it is even at the point now that larger vehicles are obstructed and can not access our driveway.
      Overall just very tired, and helpless. At this point sharing my experience and posting reviews is the only way I feel I can gain a little bit of control over the situation.

      *** ****** ******** ******* ********** ** *********** ** ***** *** the technical system and internal set up is the most backward thing I’ve ever experienced, I’ve been charged for a service I’m not using for the past 5 months now, and I’ve been calling about the issue on a monthly basis, every rep can see the issue, however the adjustment process is impossible, I keep having to spend an hour plus on the phone with a unqualified person that just can’t cancel the service, and now I may have issues with my credit due to ‘late/non’ payment, that shouldn’t even be incurred. I don’t know what to say except do better Rogers. * *** **** ***** **** *********
