      ******** **** ****** ***** ******** ******** ****. Our area was supposedly “upgraded” to the fiberoptic whatever, and it is WORSE THAN BEFROE. We lose internet connection AT LEAST 4-5 times a week (that’s being conservative). This company is an absolute joke. ** *** **** ***** **** **** ****** ***** ** *****

      ****** *** ******* I can’t stand door-to-door salesman who bully you into getting Internet and television, and home monitoring they tell you how great of a service it is and that you only have to pay this much but they don’t tell you that you’re not signed into a two-year term or you have a home monitoring for three years after you’ve explained to them that you’re moving into years and that where you are moving to doesn’t have a Rogers provider. Tried calling Rogers to have all of it cancelled and I’ve been told no multiple times because apparently my television is now bundled with my Internet and I have to pay a $20 monthly fee for the remaining months. Both my tv and security camera are unplugged and I’m stuck paying them for the next 3 ******* years. I am absolutely disgusted with Rogers and I will never have Rogers Internet, home monitoring or television with them again.

      Disgusting service to a senior citizen. Talked into taking Ignite Cable after being told my channel box was outdated when l had service interruption. In fact Rogers was down it wasn't my equipment. But l got talked into Ignite saying it would be cheaper. Being on fixed income l went ahead. I have exhausted myself calling tech support to no avail. It is not set up properly. I don't have channels l want and have many l don't want. Then l get two bills two days apart for different amounts of money. * ** ** **** ****** ******** *** l can't get any help with error billing or proper setup at all.

      Rogers is currently charging me for accessories for a phone I do not own and have never owned!! I’ve called multiple times and they refuse to credit the account no matter how many times I’ve proved I do not have the phone they are charging me accessories for!!!! *** **** * ****** ****** ************* **** **** ******* ***** **** ****** *** ******* * ****** **** * ***** ******* ***** **** *** ***** ** ** **** **** ***** *** *** * ***** **** ***** ******* So incredibly disappointed with this company!       20 years later with rogers and i had enough, ****** ***** **** ********* ** **** ****** ****** I alwasy get a phone with the plan that by the end you own the phone, well i got a email yesterday saying that rogers wants my phone back or $600. first off no i never sign up for the edge plan so , 2nd the phone right now is going for $300 used and i was paying each month.
      **** ***** **** * *** **** even tho i didn't pick this plan some how here i am, i had so many problems with internet switch to **** *** *** * ***** *** **** ****** *** **** **  everyone i go to any rogers store to get something done i feel like the ******* ***** ********* ** *** **** ends up me having to pay

      I travelled to the States with my cell phone. I came back and noticed that they charged me for roaming. I didn't accept the "roam like home" service. I forced me to accept it. I called and said that I didn't want it, I didn't accept it and I didn't use it. I was in a hotel with wifi the whole time. They gave some **** excuses why I should still have their "roam like home" service anyway, which is not the ********* point. They refused to give me back the charge for the "roam like home" service of $12. My time they wasted to deal with this issue is worth more than $12, but it's a a matter of principle. Their practice is unethical. I said either they give me back the $12, or I go somewhere else. I'm with another service provider.

      We switched to Rogers last Sunday, April 30th. Sense then we have had nothing but issues. Our internet and cable has not worked. Each time we call they book us an appointment and say a technician will be in. Neither time this has actually happened. We have even missed time at work to ensure we are home for each appointment when no one shows. Each time we call and say no one showed and they say it's because there's a problem in the area.
      We reiterate that this is an ongoing problem and nothing is being worked on.
      They say no one can come because they are working on this problem.
      So we are 8 days now with no service and apparently from what they tell us there is no communication between their customer service and the tech people.
      Even the day they hooked us up ( April 30th) no one hooked our service, they left us to pur own devices.
      In between this we have already received a bill for services we have no received. Every single day we call and get no further ahead because there is sposed to be work being done in our area.
      This work was sposed to be completed by 6pm on May 7th. Which is today. Here we are at almost 11pm and still no service.
      No internet, no cable.

      I was told I could get internet at my address, I waited days for them to get here only to have them tell me they couldn't hook internet up at my place. I start a new job on Monday and now have no internet *** **** **** * ******** ***** thanks to this company. **** ******** ***** ** *** *** **** * **** ***** ****** *** ******* *** ****** ** ***** ************* Your staff should know where they can and cannot hook up internet not have people wait for days until a tech comes out and says they can't. * **** **** * ******** **** ****** ** **** ******* ** ** ***** *** **** I will never purchase another Roger's product for the rest of my life after this experience. I tried to file a complaint by calling I was hung up on. The worst experience I have ever had dealing with an internet company. I am sharing this review every where I can so no one else has to go through this *** ******** ***** * *** ***** ** *****

      We cancelled our service with Rogers on January 20, 2023. ****** **** delivered our equipment on January 31, 2023. Rogers charged us for February service. We did not pay it because we were told on two different, long phone calls that our file was being processed. They charged us over due fees. And again in March.       In a series of unfortunate events, I have received a phone with what seems to be consistent of a chemical/blotchiness on the top left hand location of the phone, specifically the side. I have reached out to Rogers in regards to this complaint and unfortunately they have testified that I have received a "Pre-Used Certified Phone" which may come with scratches. I have battled and tried to explain that: 1. I was led on to believe by the employee that helped me, that this phone was "like-new". 2. It does not appear to be scratching, it actually appears to have some sort of blotchiness defect of the stainless steel. It's said that these phones are returned within "30 days" of owning, and a technician does a diagnostics test on it to ensure that is is capable of functioning properly. ** ***** ** **** *** ********* ****** ******* *** ****** *** ******** ** ** *** ***** **** ***** **** **** *** ****** ** **** **** ***** **** ******* ***** The price of the whole phone is $1,130 when I can go to ******* and receive the exact same phone for $550 less. ****** *********** *** ***** ** ** ****** ** *** **** *** *** ******** ******* ** *** ** **** *******
