      **** ******* ** * ***** We paid for service for about 10 years. Our water heater quit working. I called about service. We were supposed to have life time warranty as we paid every month, as the contract said. The company never responded for a while. When they finally did, I had to find my own technician, have them come in and look at it for us. They said we would be reimbursed for any money spent. I had the service call done. I messaged the company and told them, as I had a contact person provided then. So I emailed everything to them. We ended up having to get a new water heater. This happened December 2023. I have yet to receive any money to reimburse us. They wanted the number for our new water heater, which I would not provide since we never received any money for the service call, which was to be completely covered. Never got a response about old water heater. We had to pay everything out of pocket. We gave them until May 2024 to look after this matter. We then stopped payment, as they are just ******** our money. My husband and I both got calls yesterday (June 24, 2024) asking for their money. When I tried to return their call, I could not get through as the number was not available at the time. We no longer, want anything to do with them. No more ******** our money. They are making money off of people with absolutely no plans on doing what they are supposed to do from the contract we signed. * **** ***** *** *** ****** **** **** **** ******* *** ******* * **** **** **** ******* ** ***** *** *********

      The heat pumps and ppl who installed them are fine, it's the accounting department that are all ******. They have overdrawn my account numerous times and left me paying overdraft fees until I had to file for bankruptcy. Now I arranged to make payments off my credit card and they did it again left me at the grocery store not being able to pay for my stuff. *** ** *** ***** *** I want to cut them off entirely. ** ****** ***** ******

      I have 2 rental hot water heaters with Simply Green. 1 heater quit working last week, I phoned them up and they had a technician come out and tell me it needed replacing. Simply Green then called me and said the hot water heater has been out of contract for 3 years and there’s nothing they can do. When I inquired why they continued to bill me for three years they didn’t not have a direct answer and would always refer me to their manager who would then refer me to their manager and say they’d have them call me back which they never did. When I inquired about reimbursement for the years they had charged me even though the contract was up, I got the same response of they’d have a manger call me, and then no one calls. When I inquired about using the money they had billed me for the out of contract water heater and applying that to a buy out on the second hot water heater I have rented with them, they informed me that’s not something they do. Looking at the other reviews on this site, this seems to be a common occurrence with this company. I have no idea how this can be legal and how a company can have zero accountability.

      ******* *** ********** ** *** **** **** ***** They now go under the name of 'Simply Green'.
      My mother has been billed now for 15mo for a service that she does not have and you can never get a straight answer as to why this is happening. I was warned by the building administrators that
      I needed to stay on top of things to ensure that they did not continue to bill her.

      * ***** **** *** **** ****** **** ** They will not listen to my problem., They are hanging up on me.
      The product they put in my house was cause blood reading terrible ,my dr .said to have it remove
      then my hot water tank plug ..had to call to have it clean ,,screen filled with charcoal..
      No one wants to listen .contract or not .This product is not working. Also we had 2 items in
      Apr/22 payment made .............One said to buy out$7000.00 Another $2000.00
      Regular cost app$600.00

      Been fighting with them since may .
      Our contract was bought out by this company and should be over . They are trying to tell us that payments had been deferred . We never asked or agreed to a deferral . Now we are being threatened to have our credit rating tarnished and a lean on our home to refusal of mortgage .
      I hope head office is reading these reviews .. after speaking with 9 people trying to resolve this I’ll be contacting head office .

      ******** ** ******* ** *** ** *** ********** Not nearly as bad as these other stories I read here. The unit I was renting had one of their tankless water heaters in it. They had my credit card on file to take payments, that was a mistake! I called and informed them of my moving date. A month after my moving date the charged my credit card, so I called and made them aware of it. The next month goes by and they do it again. I finally get them to stop helping themselves to my credit card. So now I'd like my money back of the 2 payments they ***** off my credit card without permission! Well a month later and still no reimbursement, so I call once again and they tell me they haven't been able to get a hold of the owners, yet they got a hold of them to put the account back in there company name. So they tell me I need to do their job as they are to pathetic to get a hold of the owners. So I reached out to the owners and am now waiting. **** ******* ******* *** ** ******* ***** **** ** * **** ************ ** *** ** *** ********** **** **** ** ** ******* ********** ***** ***** ** **** **********

      In October 2015 I responded to a promotion from Green Planet for energy efficient Heating and AC. The salesman said I would receive rebates and lower energy bills. The monthly payments would increase yearly but I would own the units after 10 years, I could buy them out at any time at an 'age reduced' value.
      In the fall of 2022 ( Green Planet is now Simply Green Home Services) when refinancing my home equity line of credit I discovered a lean on my property title (another matter being addressed through another process) .... but....my personal lawyer reported that the document I signed was for 15 years and I would never own the units.
      The fine print of the sales agreement was never reviewed with me...I trusted that salesman's statements. I would never have found out about this had it not been for my lawyer and ** ****.
      After reading the complaints filed on the internet, I'm convinced that this is their business model, They deceive, they are not transparent and it appears they are still ******** the public. ******* **** ** ****** ******* **** ** ****** I am not looking for anything more than the acceptance of my original understanding. 10 years and I own the units.

      The worst company and SERVICE I have had in my lifetime!!!! They left us without hot water for 4 days. Telling us they're waiting on a part. The part arrives and I'm still waiting over 48 hours for installation. Instead of keeping me as a high priority for service and install, they throw me back in the service pool at the bottom of the list.
      Disastrous service and not acceptable by any means. I will be emailing their CEO to comment on the ********* company he is running.

      I was trying to renew my mortgage when the bank found 2 Notices of Security for the same item, **** and ***** *****. Simply Green advised that they bought out **** and own **** ***** but did not discharge the amount owing or adjusted the second notice of security for three times the amount that **** recorded on the initial Notice of Security. After repeated calls and providing detailed supporting documentation, Simply Green finally discharged the **** notice of security but did not adjust the new ***** ***** notice of security which is three times the amount owing to **** - even though I repeated the request for the correct documentation several times.
      The Customer Care manager seem handcuffed to do anything about it in a timely manner pointing to his team needing time to review it even though he agreed that all the documentation that I gave him spoke clearly about why the correct adjustment needed to be made. He agreed there was cause to expedite an adjustment to the correct amount so I could secure a new mortgage but did nothing about it causing my bank to reconsider the renewal of my mortgage due to Simply Green not being able to state the correct amount owing so the account can be discharged.
      This is the most disorganized "organization" I have ever come across. They have no sense of urgency and are unwilling to share documentation that they clearly have, given they can quote in general the amount owing but are unwilling to "press send" to attest to the correct amount so the Bank can complete the renewal process. I started the process on June 6th and at the time of writing this, it is June 20th and the bank deadline is the 21st. ******* ****** **** **** ***** ************** *** * **** ****** ** * **** ******* **** **** *** ** ****** ******* ****** **** * **** *******
