      I signed a contract with previously ******* *********, and was told verbally that it was a 5 years contract, **** * ***** *** **** **** ****** They sold contracts to Simply Green. I asked Simply Green to cancel and they refused. The service was terrible. I was out of hot water for more than 3 days in the winter last year. They claim I owe over $700 for a buy out. I have called multiple multiple times and they keep saying they will send someone! NO ONE CAME! BLACK SMOKE IS CURRENTLY COMING OUT OF AC and I have a newborn in my house!! It is so hot and they don't give a single care! ****** **** **** **** **** ***** ******** *** * ****** ****** ******* ********* They will purposely put you on hold on the phone, getting a dispatch blah blah *** ** ** *** ******* **** ***** ******* ******** ** ** *******

      I have a tankless water tank from Simply Green for a year and had problems 10 days ago its stooped working and i called them to come and see. Technician from simply Green came in and told me this tank is not good and needed to be replaced. he did all the paper work and sent it to Simply Green but I never got any response from them so I started to call customer service and every time I called they will have some different answers like we have order the tank and we will replace it right away. Nothing happened. I keep calling and sending email to Simply Green to speak to a manger but no response. today is 12th days i am without water. I have to go to a hotel to take shower. two days ago on of the girl Agent from Simply Green called me and told me they are going to cancel my contract. I asked her what to do with the tank and she told me to throw if away. they don't take back the tank. I said to her if she can please send the email so I have it in record. Agent told me that's not her job and she won't send the email. customer service may able to let me know. my fear is all this by word to mouth. Even though the contract is not valid Simply Green will keep sending me invoices . I do not trust this company. **** *** ******** *** i just want to install a tank and move on with my life even though Simply Green owes me $700+ HST. when they remove the old tank they supposed to deliver the tank to '******** which they did not do it and i had to pay '******** $700 for the old tank if it was delivered i won't have to pay anything. Sales person from Simply Green when they were selling the Tank told me they will take care of delivering the tank which they took the tank from me but never delivered.

      I have been dealing with getting my ac unit fixed properly for almost 2 years now. They do a quick fix then funny enough there quick fix breaks and you go through technicians over and over again and it never gets done. **** ** ********** ********* ** *** ** **** ***** They won't replace the unit even though there is still 1 year left on the warrenty.

      * ***** ***** ********* ****** ***** ** ******. We bought a package
      Ie furnace,***, and hot water tank.The contract stated tankless water tank.
      Just before installation I received a call stating that it was not a tankless it
      Was just a 40 gallon tank. I argued with them, I went on line to check out contract and low and behold it was changed from tankless to tank.
      The installation 40 gallon tank,a few months later it was leaking. So when I called the they replaced it quite fast.
      However we ran out of hot water and went to check water tank and found it
      Was only a 30 gallon. I have been calling but to no avail.
      Not a good company to deal with

      This company simply green wants me to pay them by PAD , which I am not comfortable with I explain this to them but they keep calling me, I ask them to send a bill to me but they insist that they cannot do that. why? According to the Banking Association no one can force you to pay by PAD, So I would like the authorities to look into this matter.

      I recently bought home in Barrie, ON. Water heater tank looks like installed by Simply Green Home Services. I have moved in in 2021 August and this equipment was bought or rented by previous owner in 2018. Monthly charges from September 2021 were 87 plus some cents and got increased to near 88 from September 2022. I was surprised and even shocked that my friends paying 45 to 50 dollars for this service and for me is even double. I called other companies and reached to conclusion that brand new tankless water heater total cost is somewhere CAD 4400 to max of 5000 and monthly is around 45 to 48. I called the phone number on file, no answer, no vm. Then i called the ***** ***** who is the collection department as per cs and they collect the monthly charges on behalf of SG. I am really confused, stressed and shocked that I have been paying for something double as compared to everyone else. Unfortunately they had my preauthorized payment info. that i have cancelled and going monthly by my cc. I am paying them because i don't want my credit to be effected by holding the payments and wait for their response. Simply green never picks up phone and no call back because they don't have vm as of to date. Please assist and provide helpful assistance to step forward.

      I recently bought a home and moved in where Simply Green has their hotwater tank installed. Payment per month is close to $100 which I have never heard of. It was expensive but taking over the rental was part of the purchase agreement so I had to. I had the rental assigned to my name and set up pre authorized payment. Then the story begins. They started calling me pretty frequently saying I have "past due bills" and "unresolved payment matters" that will be escalated if I dont pay. I am on preauthorized payment which means they have my bank account information with a prescheduled date which I agreed to. I already paid my first month, next month payment date was coming up based on the pre auth. It was in between this time they were calling. First I thought it was a misunderstanding that needed clarification. But very soon I realized they "just dont get it". I called multiple times and spoke to ********** and also Simply Green almost to the point of begging them to stop ********* me. They are taking my money AND they were also calling me about past due bills. I involved my lawyer, also send multiple emails to Simply Green management to try to get to the bottom of this but to no avail. I cant imagine as long as I live in this house, they will call me every month. **************** I just dont know what to do at this point. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************
