    Poor performance. I booked a service call under warranty..they canceled at last minute after waiting most of the day for them at home.
    Tried to reschedule no avail.
    Called GE warranty they were able to contact them and convey my message.
    They texted and we agreed on another service call date.
    The day before they told me the part was unavailable and it would take a few weeks.
    Only problem I have with this type of service is that they were never at my house to check the appliance but knew the part they needed to be ordered.
    Amazing company? ..NOT!
    I took my business somewhere else.

    Hi,
    I apologize that you cannot grasp the standard process for this industry that we are following. It is standard to order a part ahead of time if it is certain that it is needed. The part needed not being available is not our fault as we do not manufacture parts.
    We did not take any money from you, I am totally unsure of how you feel we let you down.
    I am sorry to see you needed to put down a small local business for something out of our control.
    I am also unsure how getting someone else to order it two weeks after we did will speed it up but your the expert.
