      Bad experience here also. They are taking payments on something i dont even have yet. Had a delivery date for the next day, but didnt receive anything and on the tracking number there is no information except that it needs a signature. So im here paying something i dont have, thats pretty much it. Im gonna wait and see what is happening and then ill take action. One thing for sure, this is the first and last time im using them.

      I made a mistake by applying on their website before reading reviews, some of these reviews are really bothering me and decided not to do business with them anymore. I did NOT order any products but they approved me for $1700.00. I called them 6-7 times requesting to close my account and remove my personal information from their database.
      After 1 week, my login details are still active. afraid about my personal information being with them. Please suggest how to do i deal in this situation.

      Two products I purchased from MDG, 1 a 70 inch TV. Right after the warranty ended the TV went black.

      Well over a decade ago I submitted a request to get financing for a computer, I've since moved across the country several times, and now suddenly, I'm getting mail to my new address regarding approval of this ancient application.
      Upon contacting the company they are asking me for a customer identification number. I don't have one. I don't want to hear from them. It's incredibly frustrating.

      I bought a *** from this company in 2021 and is still paying on it. Last conversation I had with finance department was that I had 6 payments remaining. This would had made my last payment due the end of December 2023. Why I check my account today and it is now saying my last payment is in February 2024. Mind you I have been paying biweekly payments of $100 all year of 2023 to because the $50 payment I was making originally wasn’t going to anything really because of interest and the hidden membership fee they tacked on to my bill that they didn’t notify me of. I have given this company enough money at this point to buy 5 ***…. Almost $3000. **** *** ********* ********* *** ************* ** * ******** **** ******** ******** ** ** **** *** ** how they take money from their customers in the way that they do. How do you expect to keep making customers or keeping customers if you do stuff like this to your customers? I question the business model of this company and what it truly stands for. ***** *** **** ****** **** * *** ******* ** **** **** ** *** ****** ********* ****** ****** **** ***** Never again MDG!

      Terrible experience all around. Two payments taken from my bank account on an item I still haven't recieved. MDG has not given me a tracking number and keeps changing the delivery date. Customer Care representatives have been terrible to deal with. They never call back as promised. They are now giving a delivery date of December 14-22 eventhough I was first told item was shipped November 17th and expected to arrive December 3rd.
      I have sent 3 email's and have had to call 5 time's to enquire about my order. If order not recieved by the end of next week I will be placing a stop payment on account and report fraud in hopes of getting my money back.
      This whole situation has caused my family and I nothing but stress

      I have been having issues with my washing machine since I received it in October of 2021, I have tried multiple times, unsuccessfully, within the first year of receiving this washing machine to use my warranty but I kept being forwarded to different departments, to long holds and finally being hung up on several occasions so I gave up. I just paid $75 for a service call for them to say the motor has been broken this whole time! It's offensive to pay well over $1500 at this point for a busted washing machine. I am not happy or satisfied with this service or product. Today, they told me to call their customer service line for assistance just for them to tell me there is nothing they can do, sowwwyyy. This is the 3rd defective product received. ***** *******

      I am considering pulling the trigger and getting some items. However, after reading some reviews I'm not too sure. There's far more negative reviews then positive. And for the delivery guys to not carry the furniture into the persons apartment **** ** *** ******* *** ********* ********. That's just crazy but then MDG says it's an additional fee to have the delivery men deliver it to where it's supposed to go. * ***** ***** **** ** * ******** ******* and to say they don't know how much that delivery fee is ****** ******* ** ****. * ***** **** ** **** ********* ** ******* *** **** *** **** ******* **** *** * ****** **** ***** ** ******** **** *** ********
