I've been trying to get a laptop for months. According to them I was approved for up to $2500.00 and "Can start shopping immediately" Now they want me to make 7 payments before shipping. ** ******* ***** *********** ** *** what guarantee do I have that I'll receive the merchandise after sending them almost $400 in advance? I also keep getting phone calls and emails telling me that they are working on better options for me but no follow up at all.MDG

I was told, that MDG was an easygoing company, and that the guy even priced matched the product I wanted, **** *** ** ******** ***** **** ******** *** ** ********* ** that it was easy, come to find that I have to send in 5 documents to prove my SIN number (because I don’t have my physical card)
To being told that you need to wait a few more days, in hopes they will make an exception on my documents.. I have never had to prove my physical sin card in my life. * ****** **** ******** ** **** *** **** **** *** ***** ******* * *** ***** ** ** *****MDG

****** *** ***** *** ** they ever make things appear seemless. Then the down payment clears, and now they want you to wait 5 business days because they think it will come back NSF. Because every new customer of MDG is treated like a delinquent.
3 different channels of communication ; that being the individual assigned to you upon your sign up, the online user interface, and the MDG verification department.
They will not ***** *** ************* ship the product out until after 1st payment. ***** ******* ***** **** *********. Even after paying a down payment.
They say its not open box, but it was opened prior to me receiving it.
They charge a ********** overhead on their products *** *** * **** **** **** ** ****** monthly club subscriber service to offer a more reasonable price. How does a laptop cost the exact same from MDG over a year later? These depreciate in value over time, not the other way around.
They say you can pay weekly? **** ****** ******** *** They won't allow it.
They tried adding more things to the lease before shipment was verified. Like a 25ft HDMI cord, some paint program and another ***** software install. Which brings payments up by over $10 than previous agreed to terms.

I’ve been with MDG for 3+ years, I had purchased a laptop for the first time with them a few years ago. Well that laptop had to go back as it was having issues loading up. Well 2022 rolls around and decided to finally get another laptop, that laptop was good until almost a year of having it. It started not wanting to connect to the wifi. Every other device wasn’t having issues connecting to the wifi, so upon calling MDG technical, they said that we had to call **, as we called they said we would have to pay to have it get looked at and worked on to be fixed. We didn’t use the laptop but maybe 50 times in that year, and we made sure to not go on websites we shouldn’t that can make the laptop go wonky. Well we just figured to reset the laptop, upon resetting, the laptop then wouldn’t let us even log into the laptop as when we tried, it says to contact the system administrator, that this account has been disabled. MDG said they can only do an exchange and the exchanges are nowhere near the laptop I had that was around the same price. Nor did they have the storage space on the exchanges, it has a terabyte of storage but laptops they had us exchanging for didn’t have near the storage, they had at least half the storage we had. When we said we just want a refund because we aren’t going to exchange or keep paying for a laptop that’s less in features than the laptop we have that’s having issues. They said they won’t but yet their website doesn’t say anything about amount of days if we wanted to refund. If we are still paying on something that’s not working properly and it’s not our fault the laptop is acting weird, then we should be able to get a refund if exchanges aren’t up to our satisfaction because they don’t have our specific laptop we had.MDG

My experience with MDG is good, although they should work better at making the contents arrive together as I ordered a bundle which includes an **** series * with a TV and the **** series * arrived but the TV is coming the week after so I'm unable to use the **** series * until the TV arrives.
This also means I can't tell if the **** series * has any damage internally until I can hook it up to a TV.
If you're buying a bundle that bundle should arrive together.MDG

They were great until the last payment. They stated that their system “changed the payment amount”. Refused to fix the issue and kept blaming me. They were charging me for the membership fee and I asked for them to cancel it and that I wanted a refund. They refused! Had a supervisor review the call and **** saying I did not ask them to cancel my membership, so they will not refund me my membership fees. I plan on contacting my bank and seeing if they are able to do anything and hope that they actually canceled the membership like they said they would this time.
I would not recommend them at all now this to the experience.MDG

MDG signed me up for their club and the sales rep said that after I signed up, it wouldn't charge me as long as I made a purchase. I bought a laptop right after, so I was not charged for the club. I paid off the laptop last year and have been charged $8.95 every 2 weeks since for the membership that I was told was not going to charge me anything as long as I made a purchase. I called and told them I was still being charged and explained what happened and they told me that what I was saying wasn't possible. ** * *** ****** **** ** ** *** ******** ** * ** ***** **** ** ** *** ******* ***** ** ****** I requested they terminate the payments and issue a refund as I was told I wouldn't be charged if I made a purchase, which I did. They told me it wasn't possible. I have paid $250 in these charges over the last 14 months without noticing.
To make matters worse, their website doesn't say whether or not you have an active club membership AND offers you a free trial regardless of your membership status. When I told them it was misleading, they said it wasn't and that I just didn't understand their policy. This is absolutely unacceptable.MDG

Until this past week I would have said I was a good customer and would always do business with them again, that has all changed. I ordered a few things for Christmas and paid for 2 day shipping however there was a mistake made in the shipping department and they were sent economy instead. MDG said they obviously would be taking the shipping charges off my bill but now they have changed their minds. I made several calls to ****** and arranged delivery myself and by sheer luck got some of my items on time and because of my phone calls and arrangements with *** ** MDG is now saying they will not take the shipping charges off my bill. I do as well have the shipping labels that state they were sent economy and not 2 day delivery! I will not be a returning customer again!!MDG
