    Orléans boat Store my boat for the summer and won’t give me the address we’re my boat is stored at and also can’t get it out of they yard.

    The
    customer ********* ***** called our office on Friday May 5th, saying
    he would like to pick up his boat on May 6th. The customer is well
    aware that at this time of year we request 2 to 3 week’s notice before we can
    pull out a boat. This is due to the volume of boats we have in storage; all
    customers are aware of this requirement. Last year ********* did the same thing,
    and he was rude to employees requesting immediate pickup. This year with the
    floods and high water levels we are unable to access some of the stored boats,
    this unfortunately is pushing back our schedule.
    During the
    call on May 5th ********* became impatient and rude to my employee
    even using profanity language, my employee did inform him that this would not
    be tolerated, and he continued. After some time, my employee just hung up the
    phone.

    continued to demand where is boat is stored for the winter. For insurance and
    security purposes we do not divulge where boats are stored. We have over 300
    boats in that location and to prevent theft we have been informed to keep this
    location private.
