    I ordered from his website for $1449.99 on 30/1/2023 and it said it will take 6-8 weeks. The account and order number is ****. I contacted him and he said it would take 2 months. I contacted him over 2 months later and he said it would be 2 or 3 more weeks. I contacted him 3 weeks later and he said it would be a week to 10 days more. I contacted him 2 weeks later and he said it would be a week more. I contacted him a week later and he said it would be 2 more days and he promised to send it ***. 3 days later I got the ****** **** ******** ****** ************* saying I will get my order on May 23. I contacted him to say I didn't get a *** tracking number, but he said he sent it by ****** **** and I will get my parcel May 30 and I never got it. The tracking number failed to update. I contacted ****** **** a few times and they said he made a shipping label but didn't mail the parcel.

    We sent the shipping confirmation and tracking number a few days ago.
    The mask was shipped with ****** **** express and should be delivered by next Tuesday.

    We apologies for the long production time. As previously communicated to the customer by phone, We've been experiencing a very hight volume of order which caused delays in our production time. Additionally, several products used for the production of our masks have been on backorder from our suppliers. This was caused by the global pandemic and we're constantly having to find alternative. 

    The tracking number shows that the order was successfully delivered on June 5th.
