  I have been using this company for the last 3 years for my elderly parents home. Since they are unable to do their own gardening and lawn care it's nice to know a company like Medeiros and Sons can. Every week they are on site to take care of my parents lawn and they do an incredible job. My parents are very picky about their lawn and have made requests of the workers and they are always very polite and able to meet their needs.When we originally looked for a lawn care we received quotes from 3 companies and for price, quality and service I can say with 100% confidence we made the right choice.If you're looking for ********** and garden care Medeiros and Sons is the right choice.

  When I first contacted Medeiros and *********************** to have my lawn dethatced and fertilizer applied, corn gluten was suggsted as away to control dandelions. I was given a quote of 105,00% + 60,00$ for both.After many days of rain, the crew came to work but I saw them leaving without doing the backyard. I called and talk to **** who promised they would come back to finish the job. They came back but finish the job very quickly. very quickly. I called **** another time and he came to see and admitted the job was not well done and that they didn't apply enough corn glutten.One more call to **** who said he had himself gone wuth the crew and was satisfied with the work done I explain to him that the side of my house wasn't done properly and that part of the side of my house had no corn gluten. I took pictures to show him the poor raking and where no corn glutten was applied.**** began raising his voice and would not hear anything I said. Finally, after screaming on the phone that other homeowners in my area were complaining as iif we had formed a group to complain about him, he hang up. He behaves in an unprofessional manner.I have asked a friend to comme over and redo some sections that were poorlu done. *******

  to rake and apply corn gluten a second time, we were at a loss financially. Sometimes that happens but we took our time and did a proper job. I know lawn care very well and my team left that lawn with a good cleanup. The client demanded a refund. I advised her that I would not do it as the service provided by my crew was good service. I checked everything over as did she before we left on the 18th of April. Basically, raking cannot impact yellow dormant grass nor a lack of iron on the grass. Corn gluten is not Killex which is prohibited in Ontario and most of ******. I challenge anyone to drive around the city and compare lawns that have treated with corn gluten versus those that have not been treated. I am happy to supply a list of properties we did. There is quite a difference. It is my opinion that this clients standards cannot be met legally and I am not into breaking rules to do that.
