    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share a disappointing experience I've had with Nurse Lawn Care, and I'm reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in the hopes of finding a resolution to this matter.In May 2023, I decided to avail lawn care services from Nurse Lawn Care. I paid a total of $516 for the service. However, to my dismay, the service was never provided as promised. Despite my efforts to get in touch with them, the company failed to address the issue in a satisfactory manner.After a series of conversations with their customer service team, they acknowledged their mistake and assured me that a refund would be processed. Unfortunately, since then, I have not received the refund nor any further communication from Nurse Lawn Care. This has left me quite frustrated and concerned about their business practices.As a customer, I believe it's reasonable to expect either the service I paid for or a refund for the service that wasn't delivered. This situation has not only been disappointing but has also eroded the trust I had in the company.I kindly request the Better Business Bureau's assistance in investigating this matter and helping to facilitate a resolution. My goal in raising this concern is not only to address my own experience but also to prevent other customers from facing similar issues with Nurse Lawn Care.Enclosed with this letter are documents supporting my claims, such as payment receipts and correspondence with the company.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.     We provided 3 cuts to this client, they fell off our schedule, we didn't receive any calls but their messages went into unknown senders. We did not intend on this issue happening which is why we agreed to refund the client. I'm a one man operation and am working on getting funds to client.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

    I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with the services provided by Nurse Lawn Care and to address the discrepancies in their response to our concerns.

    As previously reported, we engaged Nurse Lawn Care's services for lawn maintenance, and we are deeply dissatisfied with the experience. Our initial grievance stems from the fact that the service provider only completed one lawn care visit, despite claiming to have conducted three, which is not accurate. We had even taken the initiative to mow the grass ourselves due to the lack of service.

    What compounds our dissatisfaction further is that we repeatedly informed Nurse Lawn Care about the lack of services provided, and they never acknowledged this until August 23. It was only after receiving your letter that they acknowledged the discrepancy and falsely claimed to have completed three visits. We believe this to be a deliberate misrepresentation of facts, as evident in their text messages, where they mentioned a family matter and being out of town, which contradicts their statement of being the sole operator of the business.

    In light of these concerns, we would like to propose a resolution to this matter. If Nurse Lawn Care is unable to refund the amount paid for the services not rendered, we would be open to a reasonable alternative, such as having them plow our driveway and sidewalk during the upcoming winter season as a means to make amends for their unfulfilled lawn care services. This would serve as a fair compromise and demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

    We kindly request your assistance in mediating this issue and ensuring a fair resolution is achieved. We trust that the Better Business Bureau will continue to uphold its mission of promoting ethical business practices and protecting consumers' interests.
