    I purchased a 2022 **** Wrangler from ***** Orleans in good faith. Since then, it has experienced serious, recurring electrical and drivability failures. It has refused to go into park, wouldnt shut off, drained the battery, triggered numerous warning lights, and more sometimes leaving me stranded. The root issue has repeatedly been diagnosed as chafed wiring and CAN bus defects, traced back to the manufacturing.Despite multiple service visits and repairs, the issues keep returning. I now live in fear of breakdowns and stay within a 5 km radius of the dealership just to avoid further towing bills. Yet Im still paying full price for a vehicle I cant rely on.********** has been no help, offering only scripted responses that ignored the actual situation. When I asked for meaningful resolution, the dealership said the best they could do was offer a trade-in at what they called fair market value which wouldnt even cover my remaining loan. In other words, I would be expected to take the financial loss for a defect they admit wasnt my fault.Ive given every opportunity for this to be resolved fairly. I now feel trapped with a defective vehicle, financial strain, and no peace of mind. I am deeply disappointed in both the manufacturer and the dealership for failing to take accountability.

    The sales people are horrible. They are extremely aggresive in their sales tactics to a point where you feel bullied into buying a car. They will take your ownership papers from your trade and hold them before even signing the contract leaving you with a feeling that you have no other choice. They will take your driver's license and not return it before you demand for it back. They avoid talking about the full price of the vehicle. They will completely ignore your questions and concerns when talking about getting something cheaper. Do NOT buy the Jeep hybrid. For 200 km every week it will ONLY run on gas which makes it false advertising. Of course they did not mention this.They are rude, unethical, avoid telling the truth, and couldn't care less to see you leave as an unhappy customer.Find a dealer that respects you and what you ask for. This is NOT it.

    Absolute lies from the mouths of the service advisor's as well as Guy the service general manager. This dealership is not to be trusted. We bought a vehicle from them 6 years ago and have had nothing but problems with them. It actually started with the sales team and finance woman. All were very disrespectful to my wife and I. The only reason why I carried on with them was because of the price of the vehicle. From there on out it has been a wild roller coaster of emotions, lies and betrayals. I'm still waiting for *** the service manager to return my phone call in regards to some body work he was trying to get done on my vehicle. Oh and they don't take kindly to doing warranty work. And when they do they do a half asked job at it. The will do and say whatever it takes to save a buck on there end and behalf. Shame on you *************************** shame on you.
