    The Contract states that additional screws to be placed in the coping (track).. There are spots on coping (track) which we specifically asked to have screws placed, and they were not put. He saw the coping (track) the day he came to quote us and said everything looked to be good. No mention of a new track was discussed. The day he came to install the liner, he did not even have screws with him. We had to go to the store to get them on our expense. He showed up late and unprepared both days, used our tools and my neighbor's tools, and complained the entire time because a few things were noticed that he initially told us were not a problem, but ended up needing a bit more attention. He also dropped a screw into the pool as he was installing the skimmer plate, after the liner was installed which is still in there. He does not respond to messages in a timely manner. This list can go on, but my resolution would be for him to come place the screws in the coping (track) as stated, in the places that require them, as well as have the screw removed from the pool, as it's not my responsibility if something happens to the liner while trying to remove it. He has yet to confirm a solid date and time to come fix this issue, and has asked us for more money to come back and complete the job which we already paid for in full but has not been completed.
