      Audi west Ottawa has the worst customer service, if there is a zero star, I wont give a one star. From their roadside assistance service to the dealership s employees , no one is listening to my needs and help me at the right time. My vehicle experienced an electrical system malfunction, and the car completely lost the power, I used the roadside assistance service. After 4 hours waiting for my vehicle to be towed, with two different tow truck companies trying, the vehicle was still there. I was on the phone trying to communicating with the operator, wished she could offer actual help to tow my car, she kept not listening my needs, and said "shit" right before she put me on hold. I waited another 3 hours for my vehicle to finally towed to the dealership. On the next day, I was trying to call them and ask for a loaner car, I met so many difficulties, including waiting for a callback from 8:30am-2pm after I left a voice mail in the early morning, at 2pm, I called back to check any hope, the receptionist showed her "whatever attitude and let me wait as the loaner manager was busy. I called at 3:55pm, the receptionist was not listening to me and kept transferring my call to the voicemail without letting me finish my talk, and it ended up she hang up my call finally. I kept calling and the loaner manager finally called me back with cold voices. Few stories happened after I am too tired to mention. With their staff using inappropriate language(shit) and inappropriate behaviors (hang up the phone without letting the customer finish their talking ), I felt so disappointed. I met their service manager and emailed Audi ********************** the all felt sorry for my experience, and that is it, when I ask for further help, asking for the employee who used inappropriate languages full name, they stop helping me again. No response and feedback at all.

      My wife leased a vehicle from Audi Ottawa in 2020. The dealership disclosed to me when purchasing the vehicle that there would be a lease buyout fee of $500 which I was fine with; however an Admin fee at end lease for $499 was not specifically mentioned. This is simply a cash grab as the guy I called at the finance company joked with me. This is no joke and very shady dealings. It was noted on the contract that there would be licensing fees and other official fees at lease end buyout. I am guessing they must consider this admin fee one of their official fees. They were upfront about the buyout fee and should of emphasized at the beginning of the lease that there would be a $499 admin fee. Very unhappy with this dealership.
