    I had several issues with Road craft summarized in the attached letter, notably:- there were multiple typos and errors in their remote learning - they provided no booking support for ******s, which was a problem for reasons summarized below - my instructor slept through my ****** and suggested that this was because I should have called to remind him - they claim that they "conducted an investigation" over this issue but never engaged me - the school insisted I missed a class without proof and charged me $50 - when I complained, they were rude and told me that I was disorganized and a "negative person"- they claimed they sent me a text while I was overseas indicating that their relationship with my instructor had been terminated, though I have no record of this text - I only found out about my instructor's termination after I finished my ******s and asked for confirmation of completion Please note that while I have read the terms and conditions, I would prefer not to have my complaint posted. According to Roadcraft, they never received complaints. If this is correct (and I believe it is), I would prefer not to have this information posted on a public website. There is no reason to believe that this is a pattern of behavior.The reason I am sharing this information with you is because when I confronted Road craft directly, they were rude and charged me $50.00. I don't think they respect me however they may respect a business peer. I think this is especially important as while I am a mature driver, most people who go to driving school are minors. It's not reasonable to require full-time students to manage instructor schedules, especially when Roadcraft is charging more than $1000.00. Also, given that many students are minors, it is imperative that they exercise greater responsibility in their investigations.

    Of the options listed, my preferred course of action would be:
    No further contact by the business - if you do not wish to hear from the business any more via phone, email, mail or in-person.

    You may share my complaint with them, with the understanding that I do not want to hear from them. If they want to burn my complaint, they may do so, but they are not to contact me.

    In addition, I would like you to keep my complaint on file in case there are other issues with the school going forward
