I contacted Breeze financial for a purchase of a boat. They found me financing with ********. I was given a bill of sale in my name from Canadian boat dealers to put insurance and register the boat in my name. Then the bill of sale was changed to Breeze Financial with the boat at a different price, they took the motor and put that separately and the trailer was separately to make the total a lot more then what the boat was being sold for. After the bill of sale was signed by both of **** questioned why it was different then the amount of the bill of sale I had from Canadian Boat dealers. They said there was fees and a 5% hold back. I said ok but was not happy with Breeze changing the amounts for the boat and hiding their fees and the 5% hold back which ******** know nothing about and not disclosing that to me. . I was still wanting the boat after that but said I was not happy they did that. Canadian Boat dealers was sent the money from ******** as thats who I have the contract through. After contracts signed and when I was supposed to pick up the boat from Canadian boat, Breeze had phoned them and told them to not release it to me under no circumstances because I wont sign the after purchase statement that Im totally happy with the charges that breeze charged. The contract was signed and listed all sales final, no refunds, no cancellation and the deal was done. Money was sent for the boat and I am now in a contract with ******** for the boat with bi weekly payments coming out of my account and boat insurance but cannot take possession of the boat as breeze wont let me. I stated I did not want to cancel with both Breeze and Lendcare as breeze told ******** I want to cancel witch is not true. as I stated I did not want to cancel. I was happy with Lendcare but not the way Breeze made changes to the bill of sale and their hidden fees instead of being upfront with me.Business Response

The customer started complaining about the fees that were stated on the Breeze BOS and have never changed. He became harrasing and unable to communicate with as well as being deceiving including recording a call and only mentioning it was being recorded 15 min into a 45 min conversation. He stated he was unhappy and will all that was mentioned, Breeze, the seller was not comfotavle forcing a transaction with a customer who was unhappy with the service we provided as well as being accusitory of our practices and intentions. In which case we decided to cancel the file and communication with the customer. They also since have left untrue and negative reviews on our ****** page.

Absolutely untrue. The deal was done and the bill of sale was signed as final sale no cancellations. As soon as i started recording you I told You I was and you mentioned that a few times during the conversation that you knew you were being recorded. The bill of sale was signed and the deal was done. Then you called me a few days later telling me I had to tell the finance company I was happy with the charges with Breeze and the bill of sale and if I dont then you are cancelling it. I am intittled to have my own opinion and am not obligated to sign or say that Im happy. As thats not listed anywhere in the bill of sale or contract that I have to do that. As far as harassing you I dont think thats the case here. I had called on a few occasions wondering about the plate and ownership as I had not received them and phone and email you asking for you to release the boat to me as you phoned Canadian boat dealers to not release it to me and it was legally mine as everything was finalized a payment had already come out of my account and the dealer ship was sent the money from ********. You then have ignored all calls and emails from me. As far as bad reviews Im also intittled to my own opinion and can leave a review of what my experience was from you.

I have a witness that was in the room with me. This is just another fabricated lie. FYI your phone anounces to the listener when the call begins it's recording and it took you 15 min to mention it. You also lied to the lender and said you had possesion of the boat. Again, another lie. And then you said you were unhappy with Breeze and make more untrue statements, which at that point Breeze decided to not do business with you.Initial Complaint

June 10th 2022 i refinanced atv with breeze financial solutions in ****** and the over charged me on my refinance and now because of the over charges I've paid extra interest on the loan and just want the $7550.97 so I can add it to loan because they messed up. Buy out was $8400 they charged me $10000 ,then 1300 for taxs and a extra $794 lein registration fee stateing it's a lender fee but lender says they don't charge that fee.Business Response

I have been in contact with this customer for months now. I have also offered a cash settlement out of good faith. This occured in two different transactions.
1. He was in a lease and we paid it off for the full amount of the buyout in order to take the lien off of it.
2. He wanted to finance the same machine at a lower percentage rate which we did.

Hi there, I have tried to discuss this with the client to come to a resolution, however, the client doesn't repond for long periods of time as you can see how this complaint has been handled by them. Breeze as a company has done nothing wrong. We paid out a previous loan and issued a new loan. The information he is getting from lenders is incorrect and I question the validity of them giving him this information that he relays to me due to how incorrect it is. I want to make it clear I am open to out of customer service some ******************** compensation for his misunderstanding on the process. This is years old and we have done nothing wrong. But without being able to communiate properly with the customer it makes it very difficult to resolve this. Thanks.Customer Answer

I Purchased an *** through Breeze Finacial while dealing with *****************. I was told while over the phone that the *** was 6500$ CAD plus taxes. After being rushed into signing a contract over the phone because if I didnt act fast, the bike would be sold to someone else I never had a break down of cost, or any additional charges explained to me. After receiving the *** I realized I was being charged ******* which I assumed was normal with excess fees and taxes. But after doing some calculations the total amount I would end up paying would be well over 21k. I have a contract that states bi-weekly payments of ****** only to have a payment come out for ****** this past Friday. If I had known that this would be the way they worked I would have never purchased a bike through them. I was also charged for things they didnt provide, such as licensing and registration, I didnt even have an ownership on picking up the bike didnt have an ownership till months down the line which I had to pay to transfer into my own name. I also went and bought a used vehicles package to realize there was a lean against the bike in someone elses name. They are a shady company who scams younger, unknown people into buying things well above market price.Business Response

Hello, this customer sounds like they are having buyers remorse and is talking about the total amount paid if the loan went to full term including interst. Also the loan is through a finance company, not Breeze. We have nothing to do with payments and the contracts signed are with the lender. We do not have any control over anything banking related.

I financed a 2018 rzr 900s with breeze financial, they knew I wanted something reliable and safe to take my children out on. I financed it march, 15th I think it was. I've had nothing but issues. Needs complete front and rear differential re builds. 1700$ for front 2000$ or more for the rear. Needs a complete drive shaft 1500$, Needs all 4 axles at 240$ each. Needs a stearing rack 700$ out put hubs 2 of them 700$ each. Needs breaks 150$ all new arm bushing 500$ and tire rod ends, this is not counting all labor cost. And what ever else they will run in to if i ever afford to get it fixed. I have fought tooth and nail for them to just re sell the bike and allow me to finance something else or they pay for everything. All they would do is give me 5000$ and add it to my loan with interest. That 5000 is gone on parts and I don't even have them all or money to get it fixed now. I'm a single mom not working, and a 28000$ loan that is a lemon. I was also told it had power steering and it does not! Also was sold to me as 5000 KM, and it has 5000MILES! I did not get a bill of sale until 2.5 weeks later and they added as is where is no return. I was not aware of that or I wouldn't of financed that one. Please help me, I'm a single mom 2 boys I just wanted something to do this summer with them. I would like them to trade it in or I need at least 4-5000$ for the rest of parts and labor, but not added to my loan. Attached a few invoicesBusiness Response

We have tried our best to help this customer. I have suggested for her to see what other garage's have quoted her for the repairs since we already arranged $5000 for her and she refures to go elsewhere.
