    want to share feedback in case C05457459 that ********** sent for a solution of a poor installation of flooring in washroom that ****** flooring did and instillation of toilet. We had no solution as ****** flooring said it was not there fault that our ceiling fall in and caused thousands of dollars damaged. Now we are without a ******* or a floor installer that knows how to install a toilet or a floor the proper way and afraid to use out toilet again because we do not want a second incident of another ceiling repair which will cost thousands again.

    We appreciate the situation you are in, but it was not our flooring installation that caused the toilet to leak. Once our installation was completed over a year ago you had another contractor install a new toilet for you and then you had a leak. As this is not related to the installation we provided we are not responsible for the repairs or damage.
