  My husband and I were very pleased with the work done by OGC on our home earlier this year, a project which involved taking down a structural wall to build an open-concept kitchen. We were on an extremely tight timeline and were impressed that *** was able stay completely on schedule while also delivering a final product that checked all of our boxes. Throughout the renovation process, the numerous contractors were friendly, efficient, and respectful of both safety protocols and of our home. When a few errors occured, we felt that OGC dealt with them fairly and professionally. We especially enjoyed working with our outstanding project manager, *******************, who went above and beyond in every way to make our experience as positive as possible. Should we do any large renovations in the future, we will definitely work with OGC again. Thanks to the whole team for helping to create our dream kitchen!

  Love the end result of our renovation and can only give the highest praise for ***s warranty service. Just under a year after the renovation was complete we contacted the company about a few items we had noted that were directly or peripherally related to the tasks undertaken by the *** team. Within a week *** contractors and in-house staff we dispatched to address everything we had raised. High praise to ***** for coordinating the team and his attentiveness with us; to ******* for his drywall and painting; and a big hats-off to ****** for his masonry mastery. If you use *** and note any settling or workmanship issues, be sure to contact them 6-8 months after the substantive completion date of your project to ensure there is time within the warranty period to address your concerns.On a larger note, ***s planning and supply selection teams were excellent. Construction was primarily impacted by supply chain issues and other factors outside of anyones control. ******, our project manager, and ***** were awesome and fun to work with. Despite the duration of the project, the vast majority of the experience was excellent, and the end product is even better than we had imagined. *** dealt with our concerns fairly and as quickly as possible.

  OGC is well organized and well structured for completing a big project using several sub-contractors. The project manager was excellent to solve any problem which arose and to communicate effectively.

  I had a total kitchen renovation done by OGC last year. There were a couple of issues that still needed to be fixed after the completion. The warranty was promptly honoured and the needed work completed fast and efficiently. Thank you to ***** for very friendly, professional and prompt responses to my concerns.

  We renovated our main floor in 2021-2022 to move and upgrade our kitchen and finishes. *** provided an all-in-one service to design and plan the main floor improvements we wanted to make, and manage the project, including service providers and suppliers. The *** workers were qualified, skilled, and the company's service providers were kind. I'm most grateful for the fact that they honoured the warranty when we had issues with our new flooring in 2023-2024, after the renovation. *** quickly sent people to check out the problem and scheduled us in to fix the issue at no additional cost for expenses we'd already paid as part of our renovation (I chose a different flooring product, and only paid for the price difference). I would work with *** again and recommend them.

  Completed a renovation approximately a year ago and have reached out on 2 occasions with warranty concerns and OGC was very quick in offering a remedy in both instances. Most recent being a flooring issue and their flooring specialist **** was prompt with the repair options. Neat and clean and super respectful. We very much appreciate the level of care taken with our concerns. Thank you!

  ****** was in my home this morning. He repaired a closet door initially installed by OGC. The work looks perfect and he has a most pleasant personality. I would be happy to have him work any time in my house. OGC has efficiently and promptly honored the warranty associated with their work.

  No major complaints that werent resolved. A couple stressful situations that werent pleasant to deal with but ************* was found to successfuly resolve the issues.Our project manager ************* was very good to deal with and actually went to bat for us a couple times.
