    Contacted Motion 1st on June 16/25 requesting assistance to repair a tire on my Pursuit XL Scooter* Have called & spoken with numerous Reps * It is now July 2nd & still have no commitment for a service call* motion has never once called back, I will contact them again today but this seems totally unacceptable*

    regarding this matter June 19th and that an appointment has been scheduled for you this morning (July 4th) to install the tube for your scooter. 

    thank you for your patience as they part was delayed due to Canada day closure. 

    Once the appointment is complete, a member of our Ottawa leadership team
    will reach out to you about your experience and to confirm that a complete
    resolution has been reached.

    Went to store on May 30/23. Store employee was very rude to me and blocked my access to manager. I would like the manager to please call me.
