    Date of transaction : June 2024 Money paid: $73,043.20 Landmark was contracted to re-do our backyard to accommodate a new in-ground pool.The work included:- New interlock for the full back yard - Electrical / plumbing underground conduit from the house to the shed.- New fences Our complaints are:- Some pavers broke in half during winter, covered under the warranty - Underground backwash plumbing has not been done.- ********** caps needs to be secured - Shed door frame needs to be finished / painted - Front / side yard was completely destroyed and not fixed as it was.I sent five emails to ***************************************** and called them 3 times and never got a *************'s the last email from them last year, they promised to comeback and then ghosted us after receiving payment.From: **** ******* <*****************************>Sent: Friday, December 6, 2024 12:47:37 PM To: ***** ******** ************************* ******* ****** <**********************************************>Subject: Re: Invoice from Landmark Landscape Hi *****,The revised invoice looks good, thanks!If you're ok coming back in the spring for the remainder of the work, you can come at anytime to pick up the cheque for the full amount.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 23458988, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Jimmy, the owner of Landmark came to make sure everything would get done. They started the work right away.

    We're happy with the repairs \ work that was left to do.
