      I purchased a bike from Venom Motorsports in November. Unfortunately, it arrived with issues starting up. Despite contacting their customer service and sales departments, I found no support due to a limited warranty. Instead of a direct solution, they sent parts and step-by-step instructions for self-repair. The process was time-consuming and, to date, the bike remains unfixed. I expected more responsive and effective customer service, but my experience was drawn-out and disappointing.

      I purchased a 250 motorcycle some time ago and I had no problems with the delivery. My bike arrived on time and undamaged. I later ordered replacement paperwork for it and the customer service was great. I highly recommend this company.

      Excellent response time. I purchased a KPM in 2022 and somehow misplaced the title. ***** was able to reply quickly to all of my questions, and provided consistent customer satisfaction. It’s good to know the product is backed by a reliable team.
