      If I could give a negative review I most certainly would. This whole experience has been awful for me. I am currently making payments. I paid to get the bike assembled. The handlebar came damaged. They don't do refunds, but will send you the part under warranty. Then, after I repaired the handle bar the battery was not working. I bought two chargers for it, still wouldn't work, I ordered a new battery from them, paid for shipping. Charged the battery. Still a non-working motorcycle which was purchased over two months ago. I get no call back, the so-called manager who claimed to call me but I never had a missed call from, still haven't spoke to. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We lemon laws in our state, so I feel as if I am forced to file litigation against them. I've given this company opportunities to rectify themselves, and they do nothing. Please for your sake, don't deal with company, it's nothing but bs and headaches.

      Just wanted to say I'm rather impressed with the customer service department especially the lady I spoke with Zia. She was super helpful and was able to help me warranty the parts I needed in a very timely manner

      I had a great experience I needed a replacement title for my motorcycle and emailed them and ***** replied to my email and helped me get everything I needed at an affordable price. I couldn't ask for better customer service.

      We had a very good service with ***** at the customer service to have an appointment to repair our grandchild vtt. She was very good at answering our questions with responding very fast by email. She made appointment arrangement with us regarding of our schedule.Every time they were doing something on the machine, she was calling us to make sure that we agreed.
