      I have had the **Grizzly (****w electric atv) from Venom for about a year and a half. It is lots of fun! Unfortunately we have had some parts break and wear out sooner then I would have liked but they have an excellent customer service team that always responds quickly and does their best to provide helpful advice on how to fix it.

      Venom motor sports has amazing quality customer service. The person who spoke to me specifically was ***** and he was very polite and truly cared about my customer experience. If there is anything you ever need help with he is surely the man to come to!!

      Ordered replacement parts for our quad and was very pleased with their customer service. Very responsive with emails and included part availability, cost as well as pictures to ensure we were purchasing the correct ones.

      The battery was faulty after 4 months and about 8 hrs of operating time initially Venom Motorsports would not replace the battery, but after reconsideration on their part they agreed to send me a new replacement battery for a Venom 125cc Madix. Thank You

      Do not do business with these people I purchased a x18r 200cc wasp and a 50cc icebear maddog scooter I have had nothing but problems with the x18r since delivery it came with broken fairings,broken gas tank brackets where the welds that held the gas tank in place where broke bad drive belt bad rectifier and bad lights customer service telling me to send videos and that I need to fix the problems that came delivered that way myself I had no problems paying these people $5,000 for two motor cycles but receive only a bunch of bull trying to get my problems fixed but yet they claim to stand by their one year parts warranty only to be told they have to review everything through video and the support team very bad service.venom motorsports do not stand by their warranty or care about their customers.
