      ***** was incredible to work with! He was never pushy or aggressive. He made the transaction so smooth and easy. Im 55 years old and I really appreciate all the help he gave me because I am not tech savvy. ***** simplified it for me and now Im happy to say I have a gen1 50 cc madDog scooter coming from Venom thanks to *****.

      I got q great motorcycle from venom motorsports. It had damages from shipping which is common and ***** from the venom motorsports help desk did q fantastic job getting me new replacement parts. She did a great job with communication through phone and email and I'm very happy with my purchase and customer service experience. They held 100% to their word. I'm very impressed with this company.

      The purchasing process with Venom was very straightforward and smooth talking via text which was great for me.The delivery was a bit long but it could be my location and the fact that they were supposed to deliver on Christmas Eve!The support team and especially ****** was absolutely amazing. I had a small issue and it was addressed swiftly, with great communication and feedback and fully closed within a ****** far great experience!!Great support

      Ordered two 1600 watt dirtbikes and was very happy with the bikes. The customer service was great. I had a damaged box on delivery which broke a front fender. I spoke to ***** about it and after a couple of emails and some photos I was sent another one. Good customer service, you get a real person when you call them. The venom 1600s that we go are great my 9 year old loves it and Im impressed for a $1,000 bike.

      I had an excellent experience with Venom Motorsports! I ordered an electric motorcycle, and it was shipped incredibly fast. When the shipment arrived, one of the plastic parts was unfortunately damaged during transit by the shipping company. However, their customer service was top-notch! *****, one of their representatives, immediately stepped in to assist me. She responded quickly, located the replacement part, and arranged for it to be shipped out all within minutes. Her professionalism and efficiency turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a completely hassle-free resolution. I highly recommend Venom Motorsports for their quality products and outstanding customer service!
