      When we arrived to pick up our brand new SUV we were greeted with an SUV that was not clean, had multiple rock chips and scratches, almost no gas, no wiper fluid, the license plates brackets were not on, and after we had specified that we wanted nothing even close to 100km on the car we picked it up with 96km. We were told to bring the car in to get the issues fixed. We brought our car and left it there several times and all they did was clean the outside. After them having our car for 2 full weeks all they did was fill in the rock chips with a paint pen (poorly). When we spoke to the sales manager her did not keep a level head and proceeded to SCREAM at up in the parking lot. Were made several calls trying to reach them to fix this situation and they continue to not call us backs. It got to the point where we had to call the sales manager several times until he answered and finally landed on them buying back the car from us so we could take out business elsewhere. The sales manager was a nightmare to deal with. It has since been brought to our attention that he is a very rude and unprofessional individual. I would NEVER recommend Myers Orleans Chevrolet Buick GMC.

      *****, We are extremely sorry this vehicle purchase did not work out. As a local family run business in ****** for over 30 years it is very rare that we cancel a transaction. While we endeavour to offer the highest level of customer service in the automotive industry. We are people and mistakes are made. Our attempts to correct those mistakes and offer you a solution or a replacement vehicle were not acceptable to you. Unfortunately, your request for a significant financial compensation was not for acceptable to us. So in the end we gave you back all your money and parted ways. Our business is run by many people in the ****** and surrounding communities so Im sure you can understand no one would want this type of experience to happen on either end. Its unfortunate, but sometimes we are not able to meet certain individuals expectations so for that were are also sorry. All the best,

      J'explique les problmes qui semblent tout relis les un aux autres sur mon Chevrolet quinoxes depuis 3 semaines.Je dois booster mon vhicule 1 fois sur 3, c'est alatoire.J'ai fini par devoir faire remorquer mon vhicule pour le rparer.$789 plus tard, incluant $250 de diagnostic, on me livre mon Chevrolet quinoxes et voil:toujours la mme chose, les mmes problmes...Bravo Myers J'ai appel GM Canada et ouvert un dossier.Depuis une semaine, ils n'ont pas encore pu entrer en contact avec quelqu'un l-bas.

      This was the first time the customer has brought his vehicle here our technician was working off no history however believed to have solved the issue as the vehicle was able to start again while in the shop. We had not heard of the vehicle not starting again the either the customer or *************** We have reached out to the customer to arrange to have the vehicle brought back in so we can rectify the situation. We are waiting for the customer to confirm which day works best for him.

      We signed a sales contract with Myers ****** Nissan. They reneged on the deal at the very last minute, made up a nonsense story about Transport ****** and imaginary regulations, lied to us and wasted days of our time. ************************* was pleasant and even apologized, but his "manager" was rude, talked over ** and insulted our intelligence. If I could give a negative number of stars, I would. I will never buy a Nissan now - if they're this obnoxious when they supposedly want your money, what will they be like once they have it?

      This customers wanted to purchase a Nissan Leaf with a hard deadline for when they could take delivery as they were moving to ****** and needed the vehicle prior. We took a deposit to order them a vehicle while also looking to see if we can purchase one for them from another dealer. When we found another vehicle for them that met their deadline for delivery, we spent several days dealing with the ****************** of ****** to find out if the federal electric vehicle rebate could be given even though it would not be driven within ******. The conclusion with the government was that they could not since the federal rebate is in place to encourage more EV vehicles being driven within ******. Since we could not guarantee the rebate and delivery deadline, we refunded their initial deposit and cancelled the deal as it meant we could not fulfill the customer's wishes and hard deadline. We do not cancel agreements when the customer's wishes can be fulfilled. We apologized profusely to the customers but in the end they were evidently unhappy at the resolution.

      I made an appointment and brought my vehicle to Myers on Baseline November 21st, 2022 to have my tires changed over, an oil change and to look at a noise that I was hearing in the vehicle. I indicated I would be taking the shuttle to and from my work when I booked the vehicle and when I went in that morning I was able to have a shuttle take me almost immediately. The vehicle ended up needing some work which put a serious dent of over $1100.00 on my credit card compared to what I expected to pay leaving my home that morning. The service person kept me informed along the way and talked me through what was needed. I received a call shortly after 1 p.m. that my car was ready and they put me through to the service desk to arrange a time for pick up. Due to work commitments I could not be picked up before 2:30 p.m. but the driver arranged a time for me at 3:30 p.m. He seemed unsure of where to go so I offered to be outside waiting to flag him down. At 3:28 p.m. while I'm waiting outside I get a call from the shuttle service telling me that they are sorry but that I will be responsible for finding my own way to the dealership, that they can not pick me up. I asked why and was told just because he couldn't arrange it. I asked what the solution was since I didn't have access to another way to get to the dealership. His answer was to take a cab. When I got to the dealership I relayed this information to the service advisor and asked if I would get a survey to fill out. She indicated I should receive an email but instead I received a robo call which didn't allow me to speak to someone indicating they hoped my service was a 10/10 and not allowing me to speak to someone. While the cab ride was only $20.00 I am as upset about it today as I was when I was told to find my own way to the dealership yesterday.
