      the salesman by the name of ***** made arrangements for financing a vehicle. I asked him to send photos of the vehicle, ***** never sent me any pictures nor did he send a purchase contract that highlighted the cost and payment transactions.in april i travelled to ******* to pick up the vehicle and to complete the deal. he did not show up. he did ask where i was staying and i gave him the name of the hotel, delta chelsea *************************** he told me did not know the location of the hotel and wasnt going to pay 500 for a driver. he never took into consideration my expenses like airfare, hotel and meals to travel there. yes i have receipts of my trip. i thought there was no deal and one day i checked my bank statements to find that payments were being withdrawn. I NEVER SIGNED A PURCHASE AGREEMENT. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THEM BUT THEIR NOT RESPONDING, I HAVE ALSO CALLED THE FINANCING COMPANY, LENDCARE MSP, AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. THE FINANCE COMPANY IS TAKING PAYMENTS AT THEIR DISCRETION, BY THAT I MEAN THE CHANGE THE AMOUNTS AND WITHDRAWAL DATES. i have put a stop ment order with my bank. next step is to write to the company closing this matter and hopefully getting a refund. I have no vehicel that i am paying for.Any assistance your company is greatly appreciated.

      This deal has been reversed with the lender and they will be returning all payments to the customer.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I wish to know when they will return my money. They each say it's the responsibility of the other company  to pay. As I understand the finance company paid the car dealership,  therefore dealership must repay. I would like to know and understand how financing works. I would really like to get my money returned. Not sure what they told bbb, but my issue remains un resolved.

      Deal was cancelled with the lender. They took the full amount from us. No further payment should come from customers account and lendcare will refund any payments taken so far

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.They do not state when they will refund my money. I will not be satisfied until my money is returned to me. I want this complaint file to remain open until I get my refund. Thank you BBB.
