Was very easy to deal with very professional and pleasant. I have already recommended to a few people. Hopefully I never have to do again but would definitely reuse Pardon Applications of Canada if I do.

I found it to take longer and cost more than I thought that being said they always got back to me asap and were very helpful walking me through everything as I had more than a few regrets that I had made in my past I have no regrets on this I can now move forward pursuing a better job and being able to hold my head up high I totally recommend this to anybody thinking about it when I was reading the pardon on my computer I actually had tears of joy for the first time in my life.Pardon Applications of Canada

I appreciated being kept involved and in the loop on what was happening! They walked me through a lengthy process and I always felt taken care of. Took longer than expected but that was probably my stuff and Covid! Forever grateful at a new chance at life ?? thank youPardon Applications of Canada

Hello,I never agreed for you to be taking out $12.50 every two weeks from my account for keeping my file open.Please credit my account of $175.00 immediately and cancel my application and stop taking out money from my credit card.This is ridiculous.I find this organisation to be very unprofessional and would not recommend you to any one.This is the third day I am trying to get this matter resolved with no reply from any one from this company. ***********************************.Pardon Applications of Canada

Sorry you feel that way! Upon review of your file, there were 13 attempts to communicate with you via email, mail and phone -- all of which were ignored. It was only 6-months after these attempts that you finally reached out and when you did so, you demanded immediate resolution to inquiries which were already answered. Very strange, but we wish you best of luck going forward!
