    Highly recommend CPOS! They went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with Elavon with incredible efficiency. We are very impressed and couldn't be happier with their exceptional customer care. We've worked with other companies before, but CPOS definitely stands out! We will continue working with them and will happily refer them to our friends and clients!

    From now, good experience, will see in the future, just took more than a week to have someone helping out to set up the website plugin.Had ***************************** on phone call, had most info but some were not known , Received it after the call by email tho.

    So far, so good. I do have a couple suggestions, however.1) It would be nice to have the option to set up a customer account in advance, without needing the Credit Card info. That way, when a customer calls in to make a payment, we can quickly add their CC# and process the payment. Otherwise, it takes a few minutes to create a new customer, add the address and phone number, email, invoice #, job description etc, and then enter the CC info and finally process a payment. People are generally in a hurry these days and they don't have the patience to wait on the phone while we gather and confirm all their personal info.. 2) Why doesn't CPOS require the customers name as it appears on the Credit card? It seems to me this is an important safety consideration and most POS systems require this - why not CPOS?

    Unprofessional and illegal practices. The sales rep was desperate to meet his end of month sales target and in desperation, in writing, told me "no contract, month to month." He than filled out the paper work and listed my business name with a fake one. The one he registered is not even my legal business name. He made one up and also put my home address with unit number so that when clients would receive their sales receipt they could see my home address. This is highly illegal. You just cannot make up a name and put someone's personal information to the public without knowledge or a discussion. After this misconduct, he than want on to find my personal social media and add me, as well with inappropriate message/language through text. When I explained my frustrations with CPOS they dragged their feet in rectifying the issue and took two months to finally make the corrections on the device. At this ********************** I was fed up with their business practices so I said I wanted to cancel and reminded them there is no contact, but they still proceeded to charge me a $565 cancellation fee because apparently it was actually a 4 year contact. I had to contact the actual company who rents out the payment device so that I could return it to them and not incur any more monthly rental charges. CPOS has horrible sales and customer service. I would rather spend more money working with a reputable payment processing company than the scam unethical practices CPOS engages in.

    CPOS is the worst service. After 15 years in business. using CPOS/Elavon services, this is the worst of the worst!!! Do not believe their sales pitch. Overpriced, misleading and dishonest people. **************** is ignorant, you can feel it is from upper management. If I have to explain my 6 months of ****, I will need several pages to write about these crooks. Unfortunately there is no option -zero star.

    Absolutely the worst company ever to deal with for your business! They promised a website for the business and it this professional website could be compared to geocity websites from 2002. My 7 year old could have created a more professional looking site. Repeadily called to cancel. Got transferred over and over. Got an email saying they canceled and were sending forms. Go to banking and see they have withdrawn money they said they wouldn't. Second point of their mission statement is.. "get s*** done" yet they can't seem to get anything done or their s*** together. 100% would not recommend.. complete idiots, DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SALES PITCH!

    Missing 4 batch for 2 months please stay away I have been calling cpos every day to get my money I am still waiting
