    ****************** and the team at MediCart Ottawa Vein Clinic are highly professional and knowledgeable. I received sclerotherapy and laser treatments for varicose veins and rosacea. As a first-time patient for these types of treatments, the staff took their time to explain each step to ensure I was comfortable. The initial results were fantastic, and the quality of care was exceptional I will definitely return.

    That was the most unprofessional place I have ever been at. My treatment got worse instead of better. Spent so much money and was left with my legs worse then when I first went. Never went over my consent form and at no time did someone explain or guide me through the process. Very disappointed.

    We are so sorry that you are not satisfied with your experience at Medicart. As discussed with you by our medical director, we sincerely wish to reassess your condition in person. This re-evaluation is necessary in order for ** to be able to help you. When confirming appointments, we send an email to patients that includes a link to review the consent form before their scheduled appointments. Reviewing the consent form in the comfort of their home allows patients to come prepared with any questions or concerns they may have. Moreover, at the time of appointment, the patients are presented with consent forms that they review again at the clinic. These forms include the line: I have had the opportunity to ask questions about my condition. I am satisfied with the answers obtained.We take pride in providing evidence-based assessments and treatments for our phlebology patients and take patient concerns seriously.
