I highly recommend Eco Windows and Doors. When my condo was getting new windows in 2019, I was responsible for obtaining five quotes. We went with Eco Windows and Doors the quote was reasonable & ***** ********* was lovely throughout the process. Recently I had an issue with one of my windows so I reached out to *****. He got back to me very quickly & while he could have said that the warranty is with *** (manufacturer) & told me to get in touch with them, instead he arranged an appointment so he could see for himself. He then provided all the details to *** on my ************* in turn sent a technician to sort out my window.Its easy to give good customer service when everything goes to plan, its what happens when there are hiccups that truly shows whether a company has good customer ************* ********************** and ********************** was amazing & can be trusted to follow through.
