      28 Moved to hotel so crew could install beam
      28 Noticed an incorrect beam was installed

      His reaction was unfavourable
      He called back to say he would contact me asap
      29 Called structural engineer ** ****** ******* & explained situation. Text **** about beam issue No reply
      30 Text **** again & he confirmed crew would return July 4th to make correction

      He confirmed order for new beam will take few weeks
      20 On no response Called city of Ottawa for inspection
      21 Inspector came to examine Reported many red flags & structural issues
      22 City emailed report to both parties. Mr ******* text me to confirm beam was ordered but supplier slow
      27 Texted asking for supplier contact details No reply
      Due to this beam issue I have lost 2 subcontractors & had to hire others at extra cost
