      Project: Finishing our basement (about **** sqft so not a small space) and may I add that this was not an easy space to do as it had a lot of restraints.Communication: All the way thru the project the communication has been fantastic. *****, ******* and their team provided us with clear information as to what would be involved, the estimated timelines as well as design ideas that we had not thought about. They we open minded when it came to ideas and changes along the way (if it was feasible) and put a lot of effort in making sure we were always satisfied with any decision that were being made. Either ***** or ******* were present on a daily basis to oversee the project and when they were not, they advised us.Quality of work: The different teams of trade that came thru were seasoned, polite, meticulous and willing to go over and beyond. Price: His pricing was very fair and competitive.Timeline: ***** and his team kept their promise as far as to how long the project would take. They worked hard to finish the project before our company arrived for the holidays. Conclusion: ************ is professional, honest and fair. So, if you are considering doing a project, from our experience with Marwood, I would not hesitate to hire themI know we will for our future project. Thank you Marwood!
