      I had been eying the cordless “Bali” shades for some time, and bought some online when they were 70% off thinking it was an awesome deal. At no time anywhere in my cart or elsewhere on the website did it indicate that these blinds were “final sale” UNTIL AFTER I HAD COMPLETED MY PAYMENT!
      **** *** **** ***** ** *********** ***** *** I emailed customer service to complain. They stated that it does indicate final sale somewhere on the website… but I haven’t found it yet, still looking!
      My husband went to the Barrie location to pick them up, and a sales associate called me to verify that he was authorized to retrieve them. She also mentioned that the blinds were final sale, and could not be returned, once they left the store. I told her I about my online experience, and that I thought it was deceptive, but it’s not the store employees fault.
      I probably can make them work, but I was purchasing on the assumption that I could return them, should there be an issue with installation.
      Previously, I have bought mirrors and decor on the website on sale, and have never seen “final sale” indicated anywhere while completing my purchases.
      ***** ******* Call the store and inquire about the return policy on your sale items before purchasing, and get the associate’s name should you have an issue.
