      We purchased a furniture set from teppermans on May 13th. It was set for delivery in June and they kept delivering it in pieces. Fast forward to now, the furniture is mostly built but still missing a piece. and we keep rescheduling delivery and every time they come to the house to they leave without doing anything. They have made 7/8 visits to our house at this point and its still not completed. Weve called teppermans many times even though they said theyd contact us and were not able to find a reasonable solution. All they offer is $100 delivery refund, and they say we can talk further on it later after the product is completed. Problem is, they wont complete it. They just waste our time again and again. They wont take back the product despite them not being able to complete our product. They just keep trying to move the goal posts.this order was close to $8k and they clearly dont care about trying to make us happy.

      I do see that we are still working with you to get this corrected.  We have a team coming out tomorrow to resolve this and once this is taken care of - we can definitely discuss further compensation for the inconvenience.       I am rejecting this response because: as you promised, the delivery personnel came to my home on Wednesday to finish the installation/delivery job and ended up having no idea what parts were needed (footboard and rails priced at $550). They arrived, took a look and left swiftly, saying they did not have the part. I am left disappointed once again. 

      The communication has been so terrible where every time a delivery person arrives, they have no context or clue on what work is required. The job is still not done and my time again is wasted. If you do not have the part, I would much prefer and respect if Teppermans were to say they did not have it so I can source it myself from somewhere. But to promise me every time (10+ visits to my home) that you have the part and the job will be done, where I have to be home from work to allow them in, and it never happens is incredibly frustrating. I have no faith in this company and am looking forward to this saga to be done. I am expecting compensation in some form for all this inconvenience - and not store credit; I will not be returning to shop here. I spent nearly $8000 altogether on my furniture set and I cannot believe the service I was given.

      I purchased a range from Tepperman’s in July of 2022 and have come to discover that the item is now discontinued with the manufacturer. I never received any notification from Tepperman’s stating the item is discontinued. Parts and servicing are now more difficult to find as the product is now longer being manufactured. I spent upwards of $1,300.00 on this product only for it to be discontinued. Had I known that, this model would not have been an option. The burners on the range have already started peeling and don’t heat properly. I have requested an invoice from Tepperman’s on the item as I can’t remember if a warranty was purchased, but they have not provided that. * ** ******** ******* **** ******** ********* ****** ** ******* *** ****** ** **** ** **** **** ****** ** *** ******** ***** ** *****
