    I ordered a cell phone case from best buy. after paying it was disclosed it was from a third party they facilitate. This was not made clear prior to purchase. no tracking was provided. The order was supposed to arrive within 2 weeks. It has been over 5 weeks. Best buy and the seller cannot provide tracking when requested still. I asked both for a refund. the seller answers with non sensical messages obviously just trying to delay. I googled them (oxygen-discount) nothing but bad reviews and stories like this one. best buy is now amazon or **** for ******* imports scammers without properly disclosing the third party situation and with no insurance or protection. They took their payment from the sale and now refuse to help any further.
