      Terrible banking experience, customer service is a joke and very unorganized. It took me 18 months to finally get discharge paperwork from mortgage, spent many hours on hold only to have to explain my situation to multiple reps, lost paperwork even my lawyer had a difficult time getting anything from them. When everything was finally done I get a random call to apologize about the service, but after what I was put through it didn't matter.       * **** * ***** **** ** ***** ********* My husband and i have a joint account with simplii, and Oct 17th I got a call from someone claiming to be from Simplii, saying they had noticed "fraudulant activity on my account". The person sent me texts on Simplii's OWN text line and not knowing I wasn't actually talking to Simplii, I gave them the codes. two days later I had checked my email and saw I had three notification emails from Simplii about gift card purchases of $250 each. I immediately called Simplii and they determined my account had been taken over and transferred me to their fraud department, now it has been almost a month since it happened and Simplii called me today to say that they weren't going to refund me the money, so I told them that wasn't acceptable at all, and they said they would escalate the case again, and now I have to wait ANOTHER 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS for someone to call me again. *** ** ***** *** ******** **** ***** ******* **** *****

      My husband and I wanted to consolidate some debt. I made the call. Jessica D., a Mortgage Specialist | Simplii Mortgages was amazing! From the start of the process until the very end over 2 weeks we were almost in constant communication everyday; whether by phone, text or email. Jessica replied promptly with easy to understand answers to our questions. I have never dealt with a more professional person in my life. Even though we were approved for a Line of Credit, which we did not know we would be; I would still be writing this review. Jessica became a household name in our home & if you have the opportunity to deal with Jessica, she is “hands down” the most professional, competent, reliable and respectful person I have ever dealt with!

      Absolutely no customer service!
      Simplii locked our card ten days ago as a fraud prevention measure.
      Despite responding to their alert text over ten times the response was always
      "invalid entry". Our card is still locked and we have spent almost eight hours on hold without speaking to a human yet.

      I want to reload my ****** card urgently and I tried my simplii debit card and transaction got declined so in order to know about it I called simplii employee and they put my call on hold even for two to three times and because of that I not only got late from my work but also faced too much inconvenience and still I do not get any reply

      Aug 23 signed up for the promotion of 6% interest on the savings account. Verification process got an email online banking etc. About a week got a letter with a debit card coming in the mail you can activate it by the pin we sent at any **** bank machine. Went to the bank machine. Said I had to call. Called no resolve. Putting in a chunk of money.       I am writing to file a formal complaint against Simplii Financial regarding an unauthorized NSF charge that I recently experienced.On August 16, 2023, I had authorized a payment from my account with more than sufficient funds to cover the transaction. However, to my surprise, the payment was bounced due to an alleged NSF charge. I have reviewed my account and can confirm that there were indeed ample funds available at the time of the transaction.I am concerned that this incident might be indicative of a deliberate attempt to generate additional revenue through unjustified NSF charges.       They trick me to change my banking to them and receive 350 Canadian dollars after 3 months of direct deposit...
      It's been over 9 months since the 3 months period and I still did not receive the 350 dollars...

      during covid i came into some money and did not no anything about the tax free savings account i had ...so i put all my money in this account...I know owe the government a lot of money . I late found out that simple should have told me not to put that amount of money in there....* **** **** ********* *********** **** ***** ***** ****** *** *** *** **** ***** ** ***** ********* ...They would not take any of the blame ......
