    TSN ***** ** **** ** ******* **** **** **** * ***** I paid $90 expecting to watch *** and *** and there is no games scheduled on TSN.

    TSN does not care about it's customers at all ....the help line is TERRIBLE ! If people are there to HELP you and EXPLAIN things the they have to be able to speak ENGLISH very well [ or French etc if that's needed ] Also, they have almost no regard for the Canadian ****** fans ... They don't show the Trucks racing or much of the qualifying . No Supercross racing and like this weekend they cancelled the scheduled showing of the ****** Xfinity Race because of March Madness Basketball, Curling etc.etc.We are paying for 5 or 6 TSN Channels ... you think they could find a spot for the racing....it's a waste of time and the help line is NO help. Probably end up cancelling and getting a couple of ****** apps.

    I signed up for a trial of tsn go and used it for a short time. I did not find as much use for it as I thought I would. Prior to cancelling, I received an email they sent me two notifications before my account was suspended because my payment did not go through. I did not receive any of these notifications. Clearly, my account was not suspended for long (two days max) as I was still charged the full amount. I forgot to cancel the auto renewing subscription and on the day they took the money out of my account, I manually cancelled the subscription and asked them to reimburse me. It was a canned response in which they ignored my mention of notifications and stated it is a prepaid service and I will not be reimbursed.

    Hi there,
    Thank you for reaching out to TSN. I apologize for the experience you had with your subscription.
    I have gone ahead and looked into your account and the interactions you had. I see that you created your account on 9/22/23 for the TSN Month Pass $19.99 - $9.99 first 3 months only offer we had. This offer ran until 12/22/2023. As the account had never been cancelled the subscription attempted to renew on 12/22/2023, due to a payment failure it did not renew and and email was sent to you outlining the billing issue, and that you had entered into our Grace Period which still allowed access to the content while we try processing your subscription fee.
    On 12/23/2023 we attempted to charge you again and this time it was successful as the account was still active and no changes had been made. You were charged $CA$22.39 for the monthly subscription to TSN as the previous offer had ended.
    TSN does not provide any refunds as accounts need to be cancelled prior to being billed to avoid any unwanted charges. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your subscription is cancelled now.
