    ***** ************ “CELLMATE”s buisiness card lists “Custom Laser engraving”. When we first dropped a ******** ***** lighter to be engraved with Our initials , the representative not only promised that it could be done but that it would be ready for pick up by “4 or 5 pm” the following day: 22 JAN 2024 and a price of 35.00 CAD was verbally agreed upon.
    We arrived the following day at 4:50 pm and inquired about the lighter. A different employee was at the Stall and proceeded to call his “colleagues” who then relayed that it would be done at “about 5:30”. Frustrated, We proceeded to inform him that for the late delivery We expected to be compensated. At this point, another representative who spoke to the representative at the stall about the lighter saying it was not ready and We would have to wait longer, at which point We reiterated to this employee that **** ** ***** *** We expected to be compensated for the delay at a rate of 17$/60min. He then exclaimed that it would be finished by 5:15 PM, to which We replied, “That brings the price to 30.75 CAD” and then This “other representative” walked off saying “He will try” after counting and logging the bills in the cash register. When 5:15 PM came about, We asked the representative to Call via phone whoever was running the machine in the back and see what the conclusion was. He hesitated then finally called, and he brought his phone to my ear ** ****** ****** ***** ** ****** **** ***** ****** *** ** ****** ** ******* then We proceeded to hear the rep on the other end of the line exclaim “ Our laser is not strong enough where you wanted it, would you like it engraved in the CAP?” We replied “No bring it up”.
    Finally, the “Boss/Owner/Operator of the laser engraving machine” arrived through restricted access doors. We were very upset to see that Our property had been DAMAGED *** ** *** *********** ******** ** ***** ********** ** *** *** ** ****************** **** ********

I have also ******** a picture of the item before customization and the location of the customization , due to the surface of the item the product could not be customized . The product was returned in its working condition

    ** We ask for a REPLACEMENT not a refund. Mr. K*** and/or his associates (and by extension their ****** laser engraving machine) damaged our property.
