      I used KLC freight to ship a barrel and a box to St. Lucia in October 2022. When I went to the customs hall to pay and pick up my shipment it had been tampered and opened and clothing and groceries were stolen as a result. The paperwork I was provided to clear the shipment had broken written on it and the shipment had damage written on it. I have ******** photos of what the shipment looked like when I shipped it and what it looked like when I went to pick it up. I contacted the shipping company to report the matter and ultimately after many back and forth emails they have refused to accept liability and to provide any refunds for my inconveniences. I had no choice but to file a complaint against them as they are refusing to further investigate by requesting security footage to determine where and why my shipment was opened. The resolution I am after is reimbursements for what was stolen and a refund of the shipping fees I paid.
