On Wednesday evening, 4/19 I ordered a basket from this company to be delivered on 4/21. The company claims that if you order by 2pm the day before you want delivery, the item will be delivered as long as you pay an add'l $19.99. The item was to be delivered on 4/21. Obviously that did not happen. I called the 888 cs phone number approx 4:15 on 4/21 and it went immediately to voice mail. I left a msg. I rec'd no response. I called again on Sat, 4/22 and again it went immediately to voice mail, left an add'l msg and rec'd no response. I sent an email to their cs email and did receive a response that essentially said get in touch with the delivery co. It's not our fault . The delivery co has been contacted as of this am, 4/24 bc of no updates on their link to the item, and they say it will be 2 days before they are obligated to respond. I asked for my $19.99 'next day delivery' fee back and the basket co is refusing to refund me, even tho that is what I paid for - they are pushing it off to the delivery company. My husband and I purchased a crate from Brocrates for $121.97 (Order #: ********) back on March 16, 2023 for our son's birthday. We selected his birthday as the delivery date and patiently waited...his birthday came and went. Shipping was from California to Colorado. When it was finally delivered late we inquired only to find out the items he was describing as received were nowhere close to what was ordered and paid for. I reached our to their 'customer service team' via the email provided, unresponsive. Then when ******* responded it was only to disregard the pictures, issues in the email message we sent, instead sent a picture of the CORRECT crate and asked if that's what we received...after reiterating the first message she still didn't get it, broken English, misspelled words via her emails. Over and over I said the same thing, asked if they could just send the what we ordered never asked for a refund. She is still not able to understand and says we refund you for box...what about all of the add-ons we purchased (?). Finally she said we just sent substitutions. Then why are you sending me a picture of the actual correct product?? I ordered a gift basket from Hazeltons (part of the Gift Group). Not only did I not receive what I ordered, but I was told that substitutions are allowed of equal value. Purchased a 3 month subscription for their Mystery Beer Club for 149.99.
On their website it states they will provide a shipment of a "variety of 6 hard to find craft beers from microbreweries across north america".
I was shipped the first shipment of 6 ******** lagers.
Not only is this NOT a variety of beers, it is NOT a hard to find craft beer as it is found at *** **** ***** and **** and multiple restaurant chains across north america.
A 6 pack of ******** is $20.00.
When I called and emailed the company the email is undeliverable and their phone line goes to a voice mail.
I have now paid 150$ for something that is not what was promised at time of purchase.

Business provides gift baskets
Nature of dispute: I paid $19.99 for overnight delivery, and website stated: "Next Business Day Express. Order must be placed by 2PM EST today". The item did not get delivered until Feb 21; whereby the receiver was no longer going to be at shipping address. On Friday when I hadn't even received a shipping confirmation, I started calling business a total of 4 times between Friday and Tuesday the 21st; with no return call. Concurrently I was emailing during this time and explained my issue and all I have received back are responses that say they are sorry and cannot make any refund to me; even the shipping fee. They stated that I needed use my shipping confirmation to work with carrier to re-route package. I never received a shipping confirmation.
Result: the business has not tried at all to resolve the problem.

I placed an order of flower deliveries to my niece on February 19th via their website for same day delivery. My order was placed oat 12:30pm, however the option for Same day delivery still came up as an option. I later read on the website that orders placed after 11am would be delivered the following day. I tried calling their number ** ************ and they have a call back option where they call you right back and you have to wait for a rep to answer. I waited for over an hour and no one answered. I called them again today (Feb 20th) and the same thing happened. I tried to chat with a rep via their chat and the person just stated that the order was placed after 11am and ended the chat. Why would they still offer for you to pay extra for same day shipping if it’s past the timeframe? Our website states that customers must place their orders by 11:00 am to qualify for same-day delivery; this customer placed their order on February 19, 2023 at 12:39 p.m, more than an hour-and-a-half after the stipulated deadline.
The customer placing the order late does not entitle them to a refund or cancellation, but their concerns were addressed and responded to via chat/e-mail immediately upon being contacted, in which we explained the situation and referred them to the information on our website. The customer's order was delivered February 21st, as February 20th was a holiday.

An order was placed on the companies Hazelton's Canada website Tuesday Feb 14th for a gift basket. I selected my delivery date as requested (Friday Feb 17th) - no issues flagged/raised and nothing noted regarding delays. I selected two business day delivery for shipping payment 17.99. Order# *********. Order total 117.79. Next day received notification of shipping as below:

I tracked the order when it did not arrive at expected time - noting that the order is now due to arrive on Tuesday 21st.
I contacted customer services today (Sat 18th) and reply basically stated they are busy due to valentines day and so many people using online delivery these days and that the order is on its way.
The whole purpose of their website makes it clear that you choose your delivery date, then payment/delivery option. * ******* ****** *** ** **** ** ********* ******** *** ****** *** ***** ******* **** ** ***** ** ********** No delays were noted the next day when I received my shipping notification. I would never have placed the order in the first place if they would have made it clear that this likely would not be the date for delivery as implied when ordering (which I assume is why they are not more transparent). It's a gift company - surely they would know that timing is a key selling point and this should be made clear or customers contacted to explain that their chosen delivery date for the gift will not be met. I purchased a gift basket online 11/29/2022 for $105.72 for delivery on December 23 2022.

I place an order with this company last week they will not answer phones I've got a replied email with no information I believe that they hired the wrong company to deliver the parcel I'm out a bunch of money and I need help I have tried everything to do contacting and no reply
