Excellent company to work with. they were transparent on prices and records all conversations for playback. They advise that i get a pen and document prices as they were quoted. they were on time and came prepared to solve problem on my ** FRIDGE on the first visit. A discount was also given on my overall charges, great company I will surely recommend to my friends.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company! Our ** stove had one of its top heating elements turn itself on and off while working - it would work fine when its on high setting, but as soon as you turn it down to medium or low it would stop and then later come on again. This company was referred to us by ** to come and inspect the problem. An $80 service fee was to be charged just to visit the address!! When the technician showed up he proceeded to inspect the stove and quickly deduced the problem to a loose connection. It took this person under half-hour to unscrew some bolts and push some wire plug-ins to fix the “loose connection”. He then called his boss to ask what charges to apply for 20min of work!
We ended up paying $80 service fee plus $229.95 LABOR and $40.29 HST - total of $350.24 for 20min of labor unscrewing some bolts!!!
Next morning we tried to use the repaired stove top and it was back to working On And Off!!!
Contacted the company again and was told over the phone that we need the old heating coil replaced for a brand new one (cost at $274)! This person was able to establish the stove needed a new coil just by talking to us over the phone! Possibility of something wrong with the touch screen OR the wiring OR motherboard OR loose connection was simply not entertained by this highly qualified professional! We refused to pay $274 for a part we were not sure we needed as the old coil does continue to work except for the times when it cuts out. When asked to get refund on the $229.95 labor that did nothing to fix the stove we were instantly denied! Upon checking pricing for the new heating plate part online, we were able to find it for $165 - $109 cheaper!
