      When you get a text that your contract will end in 12 days WAIT until that day to renew. I was not informed that I would be charged extra for remaining 12 days of my contract at the time of upgrading my phones with Telus after being with them for years! After this new contract I think I will switch to another company. I thought that phoning and talking about renewal would be helpful. Now I have to Pay over $600. I will not recommend any family or friends to use this mobile company. The amount I was told is a lot lower then the actual bill I just received.

      Very bad customer service.
      Promised to have my service, that is and always been paid in full, resolved within 72 hours. Day 7 and still waiting. When I call I'm on hold for over an hour and then they give me a run around!!!!!!!!!

      Very poor customer service .Case is-********. Customer service person name was Alexis. The activation person name is Mr C.he is not answering my call. Bill per person should be 55.62 and they are charging per person 75 dollars. They promised me they would fix it. But I didn’t hear anything from them.

      In the past 3 years, I have received nothing but satisfied service from telus. Client care calls have been answered promptly and with such personal sincerity. I can't express how much I appreciate this company and the individuals it employees.
      Communication companies are competitive and solutions are various, from one company to the next. Looking to save on your bill is probably your number 1 priority and I am not much different but I also look at where a larger company is putting its investments back into the communities that support them. And TELUS is making efforts in a huge way. From offering youths access to communication devices and other need devices to facilitate their learning, to improving remote health services and access, home and online security, and just so many amazingly charitable contributions across-the-board.
      I am happy to be a Telus Customer and proudly support their efforts and appreciate their employees.

      ***** ******** ******* ****. For Business, personal and home service. I have spent more time on the phone and on line this week trying to transfer a service as I am moving. 3 hours later still asking questions and still not moved. Tire of the apologies when nothing changes. * ***** ***** * **** **** ****** *** ****** *** ********.

      * ***** **** *** **** ** ********. Took 3 days and over 15 hours to get a phone switched to my account. The local dealer had to keep calling in for them to fix things on their end that could not be done locally. No only did it take that long to switch over but then they did it incorrectly and 4 hours of calling into the call center to have the phone picked up 2 but no one there, and once I got hung up on because he asked how my day was going and I said "not good 4 hours later and I am no closer to having this issues fixed" literally just disconnected didn't say a thing!!
      So ported my partners phone to my account which is EPP . Currently have two phones and my watch on the account. The account is apparently flagged for fraud, no problem I give them two pieces of ID thank them for flagging it... well 6 hours later the people on the other end of telus finally figured out how to fix it, (I couldnt leave because you have to be present to do this.) then locally he hangs up goes to activate the phone and it popped up again, turns out he closed 1 of 3 fraudulent accounts... well I had been there since 11 am and now the store was closed so I had to come back Monday. Monday I go in 10 am.... 2 pm still sitting dealing with it. They finally get it figured out but they then port his number into the place of mine. 1 hour of fixing that and ok supposedly good to go. was told that the port would take 2 hours. store was closed and guess what not ported correctly... 6 am to 11 am on the phone with telus getting it fixed. go to reload my account and my watch which is linked to my number is now linked to the new number... HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME RIGHT well I have now called in 4 times still on wait accumulative over 4 hours now and nothing absolutely the worst worst customer service and nothing being able to be done local makes everything 100 times worse to deal with.

      I hate that they call and show up to my door. I really wish telus would stop hassling me to switch as I will never switch after their door guy chewed me out and screamed at me for not wanting to join telus and I asked him to get off my property

      ************* ** ******** *** ** *** she said that 3 line mobile family package for Ca$ 110+ tax per month after 3 months whit out any notice before whit hidden account number I recieved email pay Ca$ 823.24 ?? I am waiting for they response if no response i will publish my original bill in all media as much as possible .

      Telus is absolutely the worst for customer service
      Operators are impossible to reach and when you do get through they are smug and arrogant to speak with. I would never recommend this company.

      Disabled person, agreed to 35$ plan by phone to switch from ****** who offered 50$ unimited. get called back, telus tells me they now can only do 50$ now for one year(then increases), will not apply my disability discount, I reluctantly say okay... my bill shows up, 98$. They tell me "my discounts won't apply right away because they don't know if I'm going to cancel or not"
      This isn't okay, as a disabled person my clear and stated intention was to save money. Escalation was better, but didn't go beyond applying discounts earlier. The deal is worse. **** *** ******.
