      Offer specials by email then store cannot do the special and tell you willbe fixed on next bill. Not done.. Call customer service who then blame store send you back to store. Run around 101.
      Do not leave store till they verify everything is correctly done as they just pass the buck.

      Telus customer service is on a downhill ive been a customer for over 25 yrs i had representatives from the phillipines that dont understand the dynamics of customer service dealing with loyal customers i pay to much for my service and im actually not happy with them .i dont know whats happening with them definitely ***** *** ** ** **** ** ****** but still think telus could do better

      Double charged *** ** ***** ******** *******. I was waiting for my **** to transfer to ****** and signed up for telus because I wasn't thrilled with ****** service. Was unable to use the sim cards due to waiting for my transfer to complete to ****** because there was a hold on my numbers. Telus charged me not only for the basic phone plan amount but also tacked on little fees despite not even using their sim card yet? Could already tell the direction this was heading and called and canceled immediately, I will have to eat the monthly charge but glad I'm out.

      Was never told that I couldn’t go to another company after my contract expired. When I tried to return the bring it back cell they refused and told me I have to pay the balance of the phone. My contract still had 10 days remains. I had to bring the phone back before December 14 How can you keep your number if you cancel the phone before activating a new line. They do this to force you to renew with them only. This is ********* now I have to pay for 2 phones that I rented not bought.

      *** ******** ***** ** ******* Paid nearly $250/month for several lines, only to get at most 2 bars of service across entire city ****** *** ** ***** **** ** *** *** ***** **** ** **** **** ******* ***** * **** ** ****, most of the time its 1 bar and absolutely no ability to use internet or it is dial-up levels of slow.
      When calling Telus and attempting to at least get a resolution or partial refund for last 3 months because well... the service that I paid for really was not provided and I am nearly a grand out for no reason because I was simply patient and hoping for the best, the response I got is 'well there is nothing we can do for you BUT would you like to add more GB's of data to your plan for $10 less?'. Like are you kidding me? You're offering me MORE data that doesn't function as intended or at all instead of trying to fix a a persistent issue or provide a refund for a service that was never received? Get over yourself, done bothering with this **** company, just gonna **** ******* **** *** switch, *** **** ***** **** ** **** ***** ** **** **** ********** 
      And I dare you try to charge me for dropping the plan early. ********** **** **** ***** ***** ** **** * *** *** ** *** **** **** ********** ** *** ***** ******** ****** ** ******* ***** *** ****** ** *** *** ** ****** *** ********** ******* ** *********

      Honestly, Telus has the absolute worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. No compassion or understanding-- strictly from the script. They don't care what you say they just talk over you or down to you. * ** ******** ** ***** ********* ** ********** I will be looking for a new provider. They are also ******* with their additional charges on the bills out of no where.

      Did not feeling prioritized at alll when talking to Ashton. Had to request call back twice because employee is not getting help from supervisor saying two of them are dealing with seventeen of them making it way to hard to communicate because employee had no idea what he was doing.
      I’m not even sure if my Telus account is written and set up properly with all the confusions (eg. saying he can’t put in my home address because it requires an appt/suite no. to proceed and still needed help and kept nagging on the phone to draw the supervisors attention), constant mistakes when he repeated my information and I had to correct him way too many times that it no longer felt like a professional call. I was just worried, stressed and angry throughout the whole conversation.
      I kept being muted and kept hearing employee calling the name ****** multiple times which was very frustrating.
      I could not even get my discount on working for a corporate company that partners with Telus because he said he had absolutely no clue on what it was about or even how to help me set my account.
      I request that this phone call is listened to and request an apology because I tried my very best to be patient.
      Worst experience in my existence. I’m really considering a different company after this whole mess.

      My account was closed more than 6 months before and I got refund on my account.. after 6 months, I get letter in mail that I owe balance and this is been passed to collection department. Seriously? Hilarious services and ridiculous waiting times. Worst services and fake information.. wasting time. People working there needs to be trained and atleast teach them to know what they are doing. *******

      I am on the Telus Mobility “customer inconvenience line”. 2 agents have kept me on the line for almost 4 hours. Talked in circles, one of them said they are not supposed to allow customers to reach her level. **** * **** *** ***** *** **** ******* ** **** *** **** **** *** ******** *** ***** ******  And they have cost us a bunch of extra money for “a special customer deal” that was supposed to transfer us over easily. ********** *********** ******** *** * ** *** *****/*****/poor training and customer support ******** *********. **** * *** **** ***** ***** ******* ****** * ********* * *** ** ****** **** *** ***** ******** *** **** **** ** ***** ****** ** ************ **** **** ***** Who sets up customer service staff without empowering them to address your issues.
      Telus home service has been great customer handling. Maybe mobility should check out their approach.

      Rep told us a $90plan will be dropped to $57.50 line with the following conditions:
      1. Bundle
      2. Home internet
      Telus home internet service provider came but was unable to successfully connect their internet at home because of their inability to connect a line hence that was not successful. I called a few days after as I was shocked I was charge a total of $338.90 a long wait happened they had to contact the initial agent I spoke with and an explanation that the discounts will be reimbursed in the future. Three months after still no reimbursement and still charge $180 for two lines. We are well aware that the plan we chose to sign up with was a $90/line plan however the frustration comes from representatives confirming discounts and reimbursements that are not. There may have been an opportunity to communicate better here but right now I feel like I should have sticked to my old provider, *******. ********* had a very bad experience with this provider.
      Any Telus professionals who would like to take a look and train your offshore and onshore team members better* *** *** ***** ** ********* ****** * ******* **** **************** **** **** **
