      ******** ****** this is purportedly a large telecom operator and you might think they have some level of customer service and integrity, but none. These guys have costed me nearly two thousand dollar with a promise of zero cost move to them.

      Worst internet service ever. Had new 5g home internet installed, 2 days later and I can't open any streaming services other than *******. Bank apps won't work, email won't work without shutting off wifi. Techs don't have a clue as they don't even know their own products. **** *** *** **** **** ****** ***** *** ** ***** **** ******

      I was a long time Telus mobility customer and about 2 years ago used their bring-it-back plan to get an ******. After the plan expired, I brought the phone back to the store as the website gives as an option. This was already an ordeal as the store (the same store I got the phone from) was not really prepared to take back the phone and it took some convincing that this is according to the website one of the options for a customer. A short while later I received an email with a reference number that my phone was received by Telus and that it will be evaluated for its condition. So, I thought, great, that is taken care of. Much to my surprise, I received a credit on my phone but didn't think much further of it. However, when I received my next bill, Telus charged me for not returning my phone. And the value I owe for the phone exceeds the value I received as a store credit. Thus, I contacted the customer service which took some time as you first have to get past the robotic voice that asks a number of irrelevant questions but at last I talked to the customer service representative. Apparently, they could not find any communication going out to me from Telus regarding the received ******, even when I gave them the reference number. The suggested solution was that I will have to go back to the store and hope they will remember me and correct the paperwork. When I asked why I have to go back to the store and what they will do that Telus could not do online having received all available information, there was silence followed by repeating the same: you have to go back to the store. So, I am expected to spend time to fix a problem that I did not cause as I followed the suggested approach to return the phone to Telus. It was not my problem that it was send as a Trade-in rather than a bring-it-back (I did mention this several time while being in the store). This was the last straw and I cancelled my plan soon after as the customer service is anything but helpful.

      ** * *** **** * ***** * ****. Telus Mobility charged me domestic calls as long distance calls. They are not going to give me credit until the next billing statement.

      Horrible service, ****** *****. Sign up for service and passed all verifications and checks. Even got a call to verify it’s me and other info. Then they shipped the phone and got it and didn’t even get to open it because they proceeded to “flag” and cancel my service upon arrival. claiming about government ID when I already sent it all and was approved and checked. Then they proceeded to decline various forms of ID to re instate my account and now they will be charging me full price for the phone and no resolution to the issue. ****** ** *****

      Telus tried 2 **** me 4 almost 6 months. They constantly tried 2 over charge me every month & even told me 2 ingnore their own automated computer as it was wrong. I saved all the e-mails * ** ****** * ******* ******** ******* *** ****** * awful customer service peaple ****. Finally I had enough & dumped them ******* * ******** **** ***** **** *******. ****** *** ***** ****** **** *** ******* **** *** ** **** ****** *** ******* ***

      I pay for 5G in the Windsor Ontario area and never ever for the last few years I have gotten a fast speed in my newest phones the latest models with the latest IOS I contacted the ministry of telecommunication and the contacted Telus but no result

      ***** ***** **** ***** ** ***** * They called to sell me new products and to lower my monthly fee! I have 6 lines through Telus and wanted to add another line and buy another phone ! They mentioned even with the new line and the new phone I am still paying a little over 50% of whatever I used to pay . So I added another phone and that just increases the total by $20 a month, not a big deal. They sent me 5 new phones and charged me the total price of 4 , they charged me activation fee fir 3 lines although I just added one line . They don’t want to take the other 3 non requested phones back and the best they can do is to give me a 30% discount in the phones although I am not using them and they still in
      Original packaging. They told me to go and sell them ! *** *** ***** **** ****** **** * *** **** ** * ******* *** they don’t own their mistakes!
