      I signed up for home internet services, but the promised activation didn't happen as scheduled. This has left my family without vital internet for my work-from-home setup, ******* ******* *** ** ********** ********** *** ** *** ************, without TV, and with a malfunctioning security system.
      While I had a technician appointment today, they didn't show up. Telus support informed me that the technician rescheduled without notice and might not arrive until tomorrow.
      I'm also disappointed with the sales representative who initially convinced me to switch to Telus. He's unresponsive to my calls.
      I had been enthusiastic about Telus and recommended their services to ***** other families, *** *** *** *********** ********** **** ******* ************* 
      I urgently request Telus to rectify the situation and deliver the promised services promptly. I expect a swift resolution and appropriate compensation for the considerable inconvenience and disruptions this situation has caused.

      The worst customer service of any provider. You can’t reach them online or by phone, making it impossible to resolve any issue.

I refused to have a call back as they told me the first time they would call in 10 minutes 3 hours later I was calling them back. Hold for 1 1/2 hours promised they would call me back this time I refused after asking 3 more times she told me the manager was calling me right away not to worry and she promised over and over right now. Then she said I will call you back to make sure she did. It’s now 4 hours later still no call. ***** ******* *** **** ***** ***** ******* ********* *

      ***** ** *** ***** ******* ********** Its very expensive of all and secondly, you will get bills even if you cancel your service and had no balance left.

      I was stuck with telus because of contract. And paid almost 300 every month with only 80$ plan.

      Worst Service I have Ever Had to Deal With
      * ** ****** ***** * ****** **** based on their ridiculously poor service. I have spent countless hours over countless sessions attempting to sort out issues. They continue to charge me for services/items that they should not. They repeatedly do not follow up on promises made. At my hourly rate they owe me thousands of dollars for my time they have wasted!
      On a positive note and the only reason I am still with Telus, the cellular coverage is good and the home fiber internet is great. As well, our local on-site service man is fantastic.

      When Telus took over our home security from ******, our service got really bad. My Security was accidently disconnected for 10 hrs. Telus monitoring did not even notice or notify me. I pay monthly to them for monitoring, which appears useless. I will discontinuing with telus, as home security in a rural area can save a life.

      Telus Mobility has ignored all the issues I was facing with a new phone and a new plan I recently acquired. Call customer services several times. The one thing they made clear is that they would prefer to lose a customer rather than solving the issues.

      ***** ******** ******** **** ***** ***** Just lost my business twice in 24hrs. I just opened a small business and yesterday tried to get a second line for the business. Got quoted for ridiculous prices offered like 25gig of data for $85 a month. **** ** **** *** **** ******** Then today I just waited on hold for 1.5hrs trying one more time to see what they could offer. Based on one thing, that they get me a vanity number for my company. Once I finally got someone on the line after being transferred 4 times they said I needed to pay $50 for the search with no guarantee that I’d get the number and then $100 to connect it if I could get it. **** **** *** ****** **** **** ****** $150 for a phone number before we start talking about a plan! ****** *********** * *** ** **** ******** ****** ****** **** **** *** *** *** ****** ** *** ******* ******** ** *** **** **** **** ********* **** * ** **** The number I want is available I just wanted to see if it could have my area code added. ***** **** **** ** **** *** ***** *** *** *** * ****** **** *** ****** ********* ***** *** ****** ** ******* ** ********** *** **** ********* ******* *******

      Telus mobility *** *** ******* ******** ** ******* ** *** **** ** **** **** *** **** ** ****** they ruined my credit after I canceled my plan with them. They told me it was done and then kept charging me. I had moved overseas and changed banks and everything so I was unaware of the new charges.
