    In december 2023 Received an online purchased item wasn't as described as the item on their website, being trying to get issue solved since but no succes.It was an 1800$ + taxes item.

    I had the misfortune of purchasing a product that unfortunately arrived damaged on Dec 14 2022. Despite promptly contacting the store with detailed pictures showing the damage (which was not caused by shipping), the initial response was less than satisfactory. I was advised to contact the manufacturer directly to seek a resolution, but the email I received lacked professionalism and did not even include the name of the person who sent it. ***** ********* **** ** *** *********** ******** *** ******** ******* ****** * ******** * ****** ********* Unfortunately, what followed was a frustrating 4-month ordeal, which involved 35 emails (many of which went unanswered) and a lack of updates on the progress of my replacement part.
    It was only after persistent follow-ups that I finally received the replacement part. Although I appreciate the eventual resolution, I cannot help but feel disappointed by the unprofessionalism ********* ** *** ******* ****** **** ** ** ******** *** ******** ****** **** ** ** ******** *** * ***** ******** ** ********* **** ***** ** *******

    Epps offered this client a refund asap upon report of the minor defect, client preferred a different resolution which required a part from the manufacturer. The part had significant delays and Epps contacted manufacturer 8 times on behalf of client looking for updates. Epps received replies 4 times from mfg and forwarded them to client. Client received replacement part free of charge (Epps covered all freight charges). We believe we did the best we could in this situation.

    Epps did not offer a refund right away rather told me to contact the manufacture and sent a rather **** email. They also sent the wrong part and I had to go back to ******** and speak with Tony to get the correct part shipped out as they sent a SA one and not a SSA replacement part.
