    I placed an order for a window in September 2024, and the company took an $800 deposit. They said the window would arrive in 6-8 weeks. Months later, I still did not have a window. I left phone messages at Nu-Craft but they never called back. I had to go into the store to speak to the owner, who kept telling me the window was not in yet, blaming the manufacturer. I eventually contacted the manufacturer and was told they fill all orders within 4-6 weeks, maximum. They also advised me other customers of Nu-Craft have contacted them for the same reason.
    I confronted the owner *** ******* **** *** ****** ********* ******** *** **** he had never ordered my window. He said I would probably never get my window, and they did not have money to return my deposit. Only after *********** to take action, was the money refunded to me, and I had to wait 2 more weeks to get it.
