    2024-09-20 Hired to level partial walkway pavers but job was completed with white HAZE on the paver surfaces caused by excess polymeric sand not being removed prior to the wetting process. Did not visit the location at anytime to assess the problem and/ or discuss a solution. Communicated by email that the HAZE was a resulting difference between new and old application of polymeric sand and offered to scrape the pavers, Refusal to acknowledge his responsibility in its totality with a Merry Go Round of emails , leaving me to resolve and absorb additional costs to restore the pavers to its original state . DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! ****** *.

    In July 2019, L.A. ********************** (******* **********************) installed a new stone patio in our back yard for $5,000.In July 2023, we noticed the polymer sand was disappearing in certain spots. I emailed Mr. ********************** on July 3rd/23. He responded that we would come & repair that week. On Aug.25th/23, I emailed him a reminder to come & fix the damage, which now included some stones sinking. NO REPLY.Now April 28th/24, I left a phone message in the past month, using the phone # on his business card to contact me. NO REPLY again. One star rating.******

    He agreed to do the work for a set price and failed to complete the agreed upon work Overbooked himself and strung ** along for 2 months making us believe he was coming back to finish Made a mess of our windows and left us with 5 pails of garbage in our walkway
