  They didnt plow my drive way on January 13th **** when we received 35cm of snow, submitted a ticket and called them multiple times and left messages, its been over 3 days and no response. Definitely dont us this company

  We approached ************************* to this review being written and gave him a full refund today his statement is incorrect. We missed his laneway as his markers were not visible his area in the corner is dangerous and gets walls of snow obstructing his markers with cars speeding around the corner we informed him today we cant service his laneway for the rest of the year due to how dangerous of an area it is...we did right by ******* and gave him a full refund as allways he is probably frustrated he has to find a new snow company mid season... but he has his full refund to do it with. we feel this bbb review is based off frustration that we cancelled his driveway and he has to find a new provider and nothing to do with the service level we provide. Sorry ******* we did right by you full refund full explanation and you had to give us a 1 star. Wish you the best

  Have used Central snow for three ******* now. Good notification about snow run schedules, and good service. They have improved every year. Excellent service over the last two big snowfalls. Thank you

  thanks **** we are making large concentrated efforts each year to remain and improve as nepeans largest residential snow contractor. that last storm wss 5cm every hour from 4am to 9am and we seemed to be the only company in Nepean delivering 2 back to back passes betwen 7am and 5pm we appreciate you noticing the effort and will pass it on to your driver.

  Best Snow removal we have ever had. They allways arrive early and provide repeat visits after the plow goes buy. They also have great customer service

  I was extremely disappointed with this company, I could not recommend them. 2 major problems: After the plow went by, they did not return to remove the wall of snow at the end of the driveway. There is NO customer service. NO response to phone calls or e-mails. My neighbor had to come with his snow blower to clean the end of the driveway.

  These guys do a great job. never had to call them back. its great they send out emails to tell of the time they will be plowing. we are very pleased with this company.

  As a business we have made the decision to terminate your snow contract and provide you a pro rated refund. We are not late. Your statement is false and we advise you govern yourself accordingly and approprietaly. In fact the snow stopped at Sunday 4pm every house was serviced and complete by 9pm .... the ************** then Issued a 7pm-7am Parking ban. This mean they are going to plow the roads over night.... we went above and beyond having tractors re drive their routes twice again that night from 9pm to 5am with the city only plowing 10% of roads.... At some point we have to call the tractors back re fuel sleep and be ready for the next day. Bottom line is we cant do our Job if the city doesn't do their job in a timely manner. (We cant just sit in tractors for 36 hours after it snows re driving routes until they finally arrive to plow the city street.) We came and serviced your laneway in a timely manner. we then came back twice again to stare at the driveway clean but still no city plow ridge and your city street filled with snow. We then came back a 3rd time at 5am to look again. At this point your city has failed you as a tax payer in providing timely snow removal or your road. Drivers have now been at your property 3x waiting on the city to block you in so we can do our job and remove it... the following day arrives 9am...supervisor driver out with coffee in pick up truck guess what?..The city has still not plowed your road (17 hours after the snow has stopped yet we have been there 3x looking hoping it is there for us to remove.) 12 noon hour comes after garbage trucks finish spilling garbage cans into everyone's laneway we finally start getting a few calls that city plows have blocked people in (20 hours after a snow event). We immediately dispatch tractors to go out and do a courtesay pass after they were already out and did there job and met their contractual obligations of servicing your property on a 5cm snow day. You were plowed 20 hours later and submitted a ticket via our website and a manager was personally there in a tractor within 3 hrs. Our website states 1-4 hours. Saying all of this your neighbour at 31 majestic less then ************************************************************************* 30 years of living in manordale *** @ 23 ************ also 50 meter from your house has recommended us to 3 of his neighbours which signed up. House 24 25 and 26 on **** Ave. We experienced over a hundred of happy thank you emails all of our other customers were grateful we came back on a sunny no snow day to ensure their laneways were clear due to the city being almost a full day behind on road operations. One customer in your area even had a ************* duct taped to their garage door saying THANK YOU CENTRAL SNOW in giant black marker. Most people even if they are blocked in for an hour or 2 their expectations are realistic and understand it takes a bit of time to follow city plows.
