    In 2017 we built a new home and through the builder, purchased our flooring through Bickell’s Flooring. We went with a top the line vinyl plank flooring on the main floor. Within 3 years we started having problems with the flooring cracking. Service reps have been out twice, repair people 3 or 4 times. The last time the repairman didn’t fix the floor because he said there was an obvious product failure issue. Bickell’s doesn’t do anything unless I repeatedly call them. They keep replacing broken planks and are slow to do that. They told us to put masking tape on the floor to mark the broken pcs.     Hello and thank you for bringing the concern from this customer to our attention. We are and have been attempting to resolve the situation for this customer from the first contact that he had with us. As he stated we have had repair crews out to his house 3 or 4 different times as well as a sales rep twice. He is correct that we have asked for his patience as there were lots of different factors involved , Covid being the main obstacle . Reps not being able to go into homes , wait times and delivery issues with product etc. 

    I can tell you that ***** ( the owner ) was out to see him today and I can update you once I have more information
